Hi Odelia,

My son will join Wymondham for year 9 this September. Glad to know there are 4-5 new comers also from Hong Kong by then. It is a good news for my son.

By the way, could you please share which guardian service company you are using? I am considering Crown and Quest. Thank you.

thanks, Odelia. 我諗住訂Old Tollgate Hotel, GBP352 for 4 nights including breakfast. It's nonrefundable. 有小小擔心咁早比哂錢冇得改, 通常你預早幾多訂呢間酒店? 因這酒店只有32間房, 遲訂又帕冇房. 我見佢有spring promotion GBP88 includes breakfast and dinner for 2. 唔知遲d會唔會有Summer package.

你囡囡有冇跟你地一起住定係一到佢就住宿舍? 我 3 Sept 到Steyning, 可能阿女會跟我地住一晚, 唔知酒店比唔比.

Sorry, Odelia, some more questions need your help, according to the boarding requirement, all clothes even socks should be labeled. What do you use? Can't imagine sewing the fabric label onto the clothes one by one... What about long lasting pen? What particularly you think we need to bring apart from those items on the boarding kit list?

我check返舊年record,我地六月頭訂房的，因為non-refundable，早定遲book，要自己衡量。價錢和你現在quote 的差不多，其實佢嘅promotion 只係多送你兩份dinner，價錢冇減 (hotel dinner 食一餐都夠，日日食，好悶)。
另外，可以到時加床，好似要加GBP10 / or 15一個床位 (唔係好記得)。阿女同我地住hotel 一晚，第晚已可以入boarding，要一早入去, say 9 am ，因為㨂床位是先到先得，通常三至四人一間房。
間hotel reception 好cool，而家唔知係咪嗰班人。

通常underwears, socks 都不用name labels，只要用洗衫袋入住，洗完，佢地會原個比返學生，唔會拆開。
但其他衣物要labels 或用marker 寫名都得，只要睇得倒，千祈唔好用燙的labels，好快會甩。
可以帶一兩個真空袋，入厚衫抽真空，方便入喼或存放在boarding house store room (因為長假時，學校要empty the rooms for cleaning)。電飯煲、水煲其實可以偷偷地用，唔好咁揚。唔用時要收埋佢，唔好比matron 見倒，有機會被沒收。
