YW初轉直資（兩年），在教學有很大自由，在在需要一個有魄力、有能力、肯付出的校長來領導，帶領老師，發掘每位同學的潛質。YW近年的改革、投放，便是教學團隊努力和心血的印記。身為家長十分感謝。

入選英華，同學和父母肯定付出不少。但可以想像，面對如此高素質、高要求的校長和同學，在英華當老師一點也不容易。

For a long post it does not directly say much.  So what are you saying?  Let me guess as in 3 yrs time I will be doing P school charade for my son.

Ms Lam wants to take YW to the top matching other top schools.  Hence, wants kids and parents that meet her goals.  So what's wrong with this?

His post is positive.  I think in the coming years, it will be a challenge for us as YW aims to go further and higher.  I believe Ms Lam has a dream that want to achieve.  
As a parent, it is good to hear that she want to move YW further and higher.

My son is rejected at final stage. Anyone receive the call from school if you're on waiting list?


Do you think if there is any parents give up their place or "hold" it until next year?

Yes, I agree your point on this  "SPCC畢業的朋友, 不論男女多是溫文有禮".

Kids in SPCCPS are trained with good attitude and more subtle in general even they are all very smart and outstanding in some aspects. Luckily, my son got offer from SPCCPS, YW and DBS. For my case, I really think that other than to acheive outstanding academic/sports/music results, to develop a correct personal value and moral education is also a key factor for young kids. That's why I picked SPCCPS.

In fact, YW and DBS are also good school with no doubt. I like YW very much as I really appreciate and agree with the vision and mission of Principal Lam. But I can only choose the one which best fits my son.

Wishing all the kids can find their perfect match and have a good start in their academic path.

Just asked YWPS. The staff of school told me that Miss Lam, the principal, would contact the eligible students in waiting list by phone. Since the principal is not in office now, the staff does not know when the process will be started.  Another long waiting for me starts now.

I was called from School and got offer. So, please don't give up. Keep try to update your son's information to school. As I know, there are parents holding DBS & YW offers until next year so please try your best if YW is your favourite.

Thank you and congratulation !  I think I need to wait until next year and regularly update my son's information to YWPS.  In fact, I belived that the calling process ended while calling to YW yestersday.

Don't give up. There may have parents withdraw the offer next Jun-Jul. BTW, I am the candidate entering the final 300. So I think it should be the waiting list La.

Actually, YW is a good school with progressive improvement and the school fee is not high among other DSS schools.

I recommend you to update your kid's information to school from Jan to Jun.

I am on waiting list and on 23Dec already received call and register on the same day..
