How u prepare yr boy for leaving St. Margaret? Mine is quite ok. When i attended the parents day last Friday, the teacher said that he was happy to tell her about the change of school. However, he always tells me he wants to be promoted to 低班 in St. Margaret and stay with his very best friend. Hope he really accepts the change. All the best to u too!

My boy told me there will be a "cup" present to the most outstanding one. Any of you heard about it?

'cup' ? my boy didn't mention this ah   

I remember at the briefing time in the very beginning of the semester (last Sept.), the teacher had mentioned about the 'academic awards'.  She said the three kids ranked 1 - 3 in the class would be given 'academic award' but she didn't mention what kind of prizes would be given out.

Oh, BTW, prizes for English dictation had been presented last week.  Luckily my boy got it.   
He said about 10 kids in his class had the prize.

I didn't mention a lot to my boy about the leaving, I hope he can cope with it when the new term start.
BTW, which class was your boy in ST MM? My boy was in 下幼信, and the class teachers like Ms Luk, ms Wong and Ms Cheung were so good and patient. I think our boys will be inthe same class in St Jo, right?

My boy in 下幼孝, u a right, the teachers of st. margaret are very good & caring. I also miss them and all the good time we shared. My boy will be in class B of st. jo.

Do the kids have the sticker as gift? When i bought school bag in the office of st. jo, i saw a lady preparing piles of sticker 　 :

food box or small food plate

    

teacher said it's important that kids can get these things easily from school bag so if you put these cup/plate/towel case, etc. into plastic or cloth bags, make sure the bags are not tighten up   :

What is the content for dictation, is it difficult ?  Your son is now K2 and is going to K3 in the coming Sept.  Correct me if I am wrong.

We meet again in the coming new environment!

Matthes said that he got friends to join the St. Joseph too, and he told his teacher that he would like to join the new K2.

really hope he enjoy his K life in St. Joseph....

Hi all parents,

It appears that all K3 graduates have been admitted to SJ Primary unless they elect not to register.  After that, the primary school still has quota to admit the "third round" applicants.

Many thanks for your good news !!    
Some parents I know who are still worrying about this can now relax !!  ....... for a while    before the 6-year battle in the primary

Yes ah
The school bag is a bit heavy gar because you'll have textbooks and these stuff in the bag everyday

Dictation is not difficult if you keep reviewing with your boy.
2 dictations per week --> Chinese and English
Content: words learnt
