Yes, it will be more efficient and effective for having diet together with 30 mins exercise (everyday).  But I'm too weak at this part .  I think I made it fast because my metabolic rate is high after my baby was delivered.  Anyway, exercise is important to burn fat as well as to shape the body!

Don't know which group she is in for the lunch arrangment but she managed to finish 70% of the snack.
Nok lam didn't mention "Show and Tell" as well....

my girl 諾珩 also didn't mention "show & tell".  

Last week, she was under pressure of writing Chinese, which was her first time said "我唔想返學".  Fortunately, after talking with Ms Chu and her nursery class teacher Ms Cheung, she gets used to the lower class live lah.  Ms Chu also called me to comfort me, very good follow up.

last week, when 諾珩 cried in school while I left the classroom, Nok Lam came out and said "珩珩, 一斉玩 lah", 成個scene 就好似 "at school"  本書咁, 好攪笑.

我唔駛同阿囡玩role play，佢都成日扮miss講嘢，又扮老師對摺本書講故事 ，仲要強迫我聽...真係頂佢唔順:tongue:

Second one, no la, not consider until Nok Lam in P1.  
When do Helen join the drawing class? i just let Nok lam try this September and she likes the teacher very much.

Hope 諾珩 get used to the Lower class pattern soon.
It seems Ms. Chu is quite good wor.  I also want to know how Nok Lam perform in school.  I couldn't get anything from her.  Perhaps, I need to pick her to school sometimes.
