我有個小小提議呀, 美心出左d x'mas cake, 個樣好似都幾靚. 咁而家有3張餅咭, 我地可以換一個靚靚但唔太大ge蛋糕, d小朋友見到可能會好開心bor. (如餅咭唔夠我仲有.) 唔知大家有咩意見呢??

好呀,相信聖誕節會有聖誕特色既蛋糕推出?一個星期前,大家經過去睇吓,見到心水,然後話俾我知,我可以去訂,我地仲可以叫Maxim寫個牌,say "Merry Christmas to St Rose's BK children" or any suggestion?

Lai Chi Kok MTR has Maxim cake shop.

48 pax la. It is just nice. We can close the invitation door.

We better buy table cloth. Since the stupid cluhouse told me that if we make their table cloth dirty, they will charge us the cleaning fees. The table cloth must be dirty since we have so many kids. Stupid policy. When I was young, I must argue with them. Now too old and lazy to argue.

Culb House provided following stuff:-
3 buffet pot for keeping the food warm
1 white board
6 long tables
3 round tables
50 chairs
5Karaoke Disc
1 TV Set
1 DVD Player
1 Denon Amplifier
2 Elliphone(speaker)
7 Table Cloth
30 Balloons

If we ask more than this no., they will charge. BUT I think is enough. What else do u need?

Since what I need to do is cut the fruit, it is fine for me to do it by myself. BUT pls help to warp those little gifts. We need a tape right?

Have not come up for a while and just found that the party arrangement has been going very smooth.  

Last time, I offer to let my eldest girl to design the function card for the insert of the 八達通套.  Do we still need this card?  Please let me know.  If yes, I will ask her to think of it now as the Tests are over.  Other than this, please let me know if there is anything I can help.  

Song, if you all don't mind the can food, actually, I have a way to prepare fruit salard.  
材料:1) 地們罐头雜果、菠蘿各一至兩罐，可加杏梨一罐
          2) S&W"的Whole Kernel Corn 一至兩罐.  還可以加
                入"S&W"的紅腰豆及三角豆。
               (此牌子的粟米粒又香又甜最好吃。)
          3) 新鮮生果如提子、蘋果、奇異果等，可按個人喜好，市場供應及所需份量加入

做法:
1) 地們罐头雜果，"S&W"的紅腰豆及三角豆先用清水沖洗多次至完全沒有罐头內原先的浸水/糖水,雜果及豆類表面是清爽的，然後過一次冷開水，最後隔水待用。(此步驟最重要。清洗得徹底可以令人不覺得是罐头生果的。)
2)其餘罐頭食品不用清洗，切片或切粒加入(1)中。
3)新鮮生果切片或切粒再加入(1)中。
4)隔乾水後將全部材料攪勻，最後加入沙律醬即可。

如此便可以減省準備新鮮生果所需的時間。做大份量的沙律時最合適。
