I am using Vista, but I don't have your problem.  Therefore, I don't think that's the reason.

If nothing change for P.1 then the marking should be :

Maths Drill (not Quiz) - this will be taken a few days before the Maths test as it is a revision for the girls, the marks do not count to the report.

Maths Test - twice each term. Each test result 50% on the report's result.  That's is the total of the 2 tests divided by 2 will be the result on the report.

Dictaion - Both Chinese and English dictation will have a grade display on the report.  The mark displayed will be the average marks of total dictations on that term.  These marks will count 20% to the Main Subject marks.

As far as I know, only the Maths Drill and 中文板默do not count to the report.  Nothing else is exceptional.  For example, if the full marks of a GE quiz is 10, that means it is 10% of the total marks on the report.

佢話係MISS 吩咐的.
試吓有D 家長義工 去講故事, 講完會派sticker / chop 印仔在reading record.

Yes, my daughter also said need to bring the Reading Record everyday since they can receive some stamps/stickers if they answer questions after the story telling by the parent-volunteers.

It's so cold these days, anyone know if they can wear winter uniform this week?  It's only 17'C tomorrow..

hmmmm, the Notice said winter uniform is starting next monday Nov 9, and i saw everyone were still wearing summer uniform at school bus this morning...., anyone else will wear winter uniform?  I hope can wear winter uniform tomorrow too...

hope today school will have notices about that can change the winter uniform la. U know sometimes worry wear the wrong uniform, and then my daughter handbook will have remark again. haha

But I see, my neightbor's daughter has worn the winter uniform today.  She is in P.2.  So I think the school may possibly allow the girls are wearing the winter uniform  now.  My girl has already 「 病病地」，she has running nose but no fever, therefore I will let her wear the winter uniform tomorrow.

I want to ask about the term exam chinese study range. Becasue 1C not teach book1-unit3-ch1 "為什麼". But it include in the exam range. Any class have taught this? I have asked my daughter to ask teacher today.

My daughter didn't tell me Ms. Kwan is on leave?  Anyway, she has written on her handbook yesterday that she needs to prepare for the chapter on "為什麼" I think the teacher is going to teach this chapter today.

My daugther told me that her Chinese teacher, Ms. Kwan, said if she has 6 times of those notes written by the Chinese teacher, she needs to stand outside of the classroom for the whole lesson & does not allow to return to the room until the lesson is over, is this true??   She already has 5 of those notes written by Ms. Kwan, if she gets one more then she will need to stand outside of the classroom for the whole lesson so she will miss the whole lesson & we as a parent need to teach our daughter at home for those that she has missed??  I think this is a bit harsh for a P.1 student in term 1 when they are still trying to get used to new school life.

Oh too bad, my daughter already 2-3 times la. Always forgot to bring text book, or handwriting book. But she didn't told me that about this punishment. I need to tell her and watch out her chinese lesson stuff.
