I tried to put Janet in a sitting position, she's just like '一pat野' and '向左右前後lum 低', maybe she's not ready for that exercise ...

最近真的好靜 ,  我都很少時間上來chat .
regina :  你工人到埗,  你應該多點時間用 ?

你地有沒有看蘇絲黃的一粒鐘真人show ?  介紹匡智松嶺中心 ,  好似好多科目學 ,  例如有酒店 (  學習cleaning room ) ,
廚房 (  學做bread ...)  ....  其中有個學員正式受聘於迪士尼 , 做餐廳樓面工作 ,  訪問他時 ,  他說人工有 $4500 / month!

現在有工人, 不過還是要忙裡抽閒才可上網, 因為工人是工人呀, 家中大小事務還是自己處理比較好, 工人姨姨還可以, astha/adarsha 都好跟佢, 特別是astha囉, 大小姐知道姨姨吾會對佢強硬, 所以時時要跟住, 可以比佢自己發揮

其實多左工人, 祗是幫我清潔和當我要外出時看管細佬, 現在我已返回學校參與家姐的治療堂, 如不需上堂就在家陪細佬, or在公司幫daddy做下瑣碎雜務, 所以實際亦不是空閒左

got your sms, thanks for your concern. But there's no report until March when we have the next appointment with the doctor. Waiting can be hard sometimes, but I'm starting to get used to waiting.....
would really love to see pakying again. miss her.

so how did u make him sit straight? also, when i let janet sit supported, she's always staring at the ceiling, making her head tilt backwards!.... i want her to look at me in the eyes ma....

記得閑閑初期係用可調較斜度的BB椅，她整個人躺在椅上，初初微斜，慢慢隨著時間再較斜一點 ...30度，45度，60度，90度。

Janet就快可開始進食固體食物，或者試試利用進食時間學坐，她有食物吸引就會少些望上面。通常食對我們的小朋友來說係很好的motivator.

practiced sitting for a few days, janet seems to have gained better control now. her head control and neck muscles strength have improved quite a lot in the last two weeks, she's really doing a GOOD job! Among the 3 targets I set for her for 4-6 months, she's already achieved 2 of them: rolling over and head control while sitting supported. Yeah! but the third one (reaching for toys) still needs practice. however, i noticed her arms are stronger now and she can hold on to rattles for quite some time, hopefully she'll show more interest in toys later.

OT導師叫我,將heihei自己對手放在自己對腳仔/大脾到練坐!
不過我自己就中意同heihei玩(佢訓低,我就捉住佢手脾拉上嚟坐,然後放在大脾到,一路同佢玩一路同佢練習坐!heihei好中意,次次都笑得好開心!
以家heihei就用雙手撐地練坐,都可以坐到30秒左右吾跌,
不過跌低時,就吾識用手撐地平衡返?
大家努力呀!:)

i tried to put her arms on her lap but she falls forward, i think she can't support herself at this stage.

我見到Janet可以提早達標, 我非常之開心, 但另一方面, 我見到柏楹既頸仔還軟軟的, 左右擺動, 都有點焦急呢:cry: 但柏楹其實有進步的, 因為我用件玩具在佢面上左右搖晃, 佢既頭仔都跟著玩具左右擺動, 眼睛都會跟隨o 叫佢既時候佢會笑, 尤其是家姐仔同我奶奶跟工人姐姐, 佢地一叫柏楹, 佢就好開心咁笑, 我好滿足呢

: 可唔可以比d意見我, 點樣同佢訓練條頸仔好呢? 唔該晒

千祈唔好心急，bb有自己既時間表，佢會lead住我地架啦！janet都係最近條頸先至有d力，之前都係好似裝左彈弓咁架！你而家(bb三個月)有幾樣野可以做：
1. 多d比佢趴低(但時間要短)
2. pick up佢既時候先打側佢身體，放隻手係佢格肋底抱起佢，佢慢慢會學識自己用頸力幫一幫，如果你托住佢條頸抱起佢，佢就乜力都唔駛出架啦！(請參考Activities for babies and toddlers with DS: A Physiotherapy Approach p.26)
3. 抱佢既時候用趴低既姿勢，咁佢就會用到頸仔d力架啦！bb會好冧呢個姿勢，Janet喊親我咁抱佢，佢就會即刻收聲，我地隻手放係佢肚仔上面既pressure會幫佢放走晒d風，佢會勁放屁，好爽！
