囡囡從來都未穿過短褲在長褲裏(除了sports day).  今日囡囡只穿短袖+長褲+風褸.兩年來及今日都沒有被老師寫手冊wor.可能每位老師要求唔同!

囡囡話winter PE uniform穿法:
短袖+長褲+風褸
短袖+短褲(必須穿在長褲內)+風褸 --> 穿短褲只是方便PE堂跑步
長袖+長褲+風褸
長袖+長褲

短袖或長袖冇規定18度above or below, 只要你覺得穿了短袖還覺得cold, 咁就穿長袖la!

但短褲就一定要穿在長褲內,只穿長褲亦可.

A test for penmanship ??? Definitely not.

However, it is quite hard for parents to make any preparation for this. The teacher will give each student a worksheet that contains a few picture by which the themes are interrelated. Students need to understand the relations of those pictures and write a paragragh that describe about the pictures. That means no standard answers to be prepared, it really test the strength of student in English.

1. 冬季運動校服 : 問過P.4 的小朋友, 是可以穿短袖運动衫, 但一定要加外套一起穿。 我問佢點解派飯時見過學生穿短袖T-shirt及長褲, 冇着外套在走廊上行走都冇人話唔啱。 她說不知道。至於18度以上要穿短褲應該屬個別老師要求, 否則應會列出此規例在手冊上。  另外, 亞囡試過在外套內加穿棕色那件毛衣, 老師話不合規格。 覺得凍都只可以外加校褸.所以要在T-shirt 內打底保暖。

2.  GE Writing Assessment
老師應有給測驗範圍。 到時会有一幅圖畫及一句例句， 小朋友要按例句的方法運用測驗範圍的句式或字

Thank you for your information as well.  I asked my daughter once again and this time she said she needed to put both on (shorts + pants).  Like you said, it depends on different teachers.  

Since your daughter is in Grade 3, could you kindly advise how to prepare for the Writing assessment and oral test?  For oral test, I assume they need to read 1-2 paragraphs from the book.  But do they need to answer questions as well?

我見阿囡派左張類似你所講的GE Writing Assessment紙番黎,但之前並冇寫手冊話有Writing Assessment.我估只是比grade,不會計分,你認為呢?

講開件棕色毛衣,買時羅莎都講明不合規格,但我都有比囡囡穿,只不過叫佢脫時連埋校褸"一起"脫,咁就唔會比老師發現lor.

Writing assessment 阿囡手冊冇寫過,所以我都冇同佢準備,但我估佢考左.

oral test -- 老師會講範圍,而且每級都唔同,囡囡上星期考左,老師叫他們準備一篇故事要start with once upon a time and end with lived happily together, 兩分鐘時間present. 如果仲有多餘時間,老師會問問題.你最好都係準備問題,課本及課外,eg. 自我介紹, my family.....etc

take it easy, 唔會好難,她們識架.

P.1 時有寫手冊話Writing Assessment 的日期及範圍。今年冇。但下星期要做一個GE Project : Mini Book - My day.  我估這個應該是Writing Assessment 吧。  相信每級的做法都唔同。高年級可能更加冇得預備。

我見P.1份卷佔10分考試分喎。   P.2 家長日時老師話個project work在校內做，佔分比較低, 但冇講%.  按當時所說的Quiz and Test 所佔的%, project 應該得5-10分吧。

至於見棕色毛衣，羅莎冇同我提過不合規格。我仲買埋條頸巾以為是指定款色。佢哋當時係話這是指定架，亞女唔見咗條頸巾，我又買過一條，後來先知可以用任何棕色或橙色頸巾，個條根本不是學校規定的。  件棕色毛衣就只是運動服時不可穿着。所以我叫亞女着在風褸裏面，拉埋拉鍊唔好比人見到，除就連風褸一起除。不過，最好都是在內衣着手保暖，因為件校褸都係一件薄薄的間棉褸，冬天得10-14度時根本就唔夠。

ha...我到今日都以為條頸巾是指定款色!!!不過,囡囡除左果條頸巾外其他頸巾都唔用.

我估我搞錯左件棕色毛衣, 我講果件係背心,學校制服冇show出黎ga,是不合規格的. 你講果件係長袖棕色毛衣,係合規格的,要配合條裙一起穿,如穿運動服時就一定要穿在內.如果冬天得10-12度時,全部穿晒上身就真係唔夠.學校應該allow12度以下可穿指定顏色街褸.

For the Engl. project, a paper stick to my daughter's handbook yesterday stated that it accounts for 10 marks and you need to bring colored pencils, ring/fastener/ribbon for binding, if you didn't bring the above things, marks will be deducted...

You're right.  I just get the note out to read again.  They already have 2 quizzes in this term, including this 10 marks, the Test will be 70% only.
