自動自覺的基礎

自動自覺的基礎
要孩子自動自覺地完成某些活動或工作時，我們必須明白自動自覺的基礎。自動自覺在心理學上稱為動機（motivation）--引起個人進行及維持該項活動，並促使該活動朝向某一目標進行。引發動機主要包括兩方面：孩子對活動的興趣程度及活動所帶來的成功感。

激發孩子自動自覺能力

給予機會：家長應注意讓孩子做能做的事，不要抺殺他們學習替自己負責的機會。過份的照顧只會令孩子養成依賴的性格。當他們有機會嘗試到自己能完成某些工作時，成就感亦會提昇，令他們更有動力再做。

合適挑戰程度：家長可因應孩子的能力與性格，調較活動的困難程度，讓孩子參與。孩子通常會對於稍有難度的活動感興趣，因他們認為自己是有能力做到的。當他們有這個想法時，便會主動完成。

獎勵由外到內：相信家長都知道獎勵能強化孩子的好行為，但經常透過物質來獎勵孩子，會令他們認為做功課、做家務、合作等行為只是用來換取一些物質。當家長不再給他們物質獎勵時，便很難令他們做適當的行為。所以我們應慢慢把獎勵由外（物質）轉化到內（成功感、滿足）。

口頭及社交讚賞家長可以嘗試多用口頭讚賞的方式來稱讚孩子。另外，家長亦可以用活動，如陪伴孩子到公園玩、講故事等等去鼓勵孩子繼續表現適當的行為。

多讚賞努力另外，除了稱讚結果外，我們可嘗
   試稱讚孩子的努力，如：“我見到你很有心機
   做功課喎！”“我見到你不懂砌這個模型時仍
   努力嘗試。”“我欣賞你很專注地做家。”每
   個孩子都喜歡見到自己有進步，當努力得到認
   同時，他們便會繼續努力自動自覺去做。



3.
由“你”開始家長可把努力的成果歸於孩子身
   上，令孩子覺得自己是可以表現適當的行為並
   為此而感到高興。這些內在的動機能引發孩子
   自動自覺地去做。例如：“你自己很有心機做
   功課，所以你感到很滿意。”“是你叫自己起
   床洗面刷牙，你是做得到的。”

Does he have any target or hopeful?

Furthermore, if failed that he should do the correction that one more homework will add on.  If they have a mistakes only re-write the sentence one time only.

As per the tutor centre call me that he do the homework so slowly.  Today he use two hours to do homework & dict one time + correction that he has still one handwriting (chinese) not finished.

阿仔今日只有9行詞語 + 句子未做, 回家only
playing toys, until he has dinner & bathing,
finished it at now.

Tomorrow's dict, hope he will passed.

Oh,  Do you feel he tire?  Due to he play toys until dinner & take bath.  Do you count for the time how long he finished the homework?   

As he has the activity at school & I pick him back to the tutor centre.  Then, he start to do the homework at the centre 5:15pm.  The teacher request him to review & dict at the centre (He has still the writing for chinese that not finished).  7:10pm.  Moreover, I did not cook the dinner & eat at the restaurant only.)   We order the food & request him to do the writing (9 lines) that he finished so fast.  The food not yet cooked well.   So, I think the teacher push him to do fast & fast (about 10 minutes).  
My son go to bed on 10:10pm after he takes bathing & internet exercise.  & I go to his bedroom & he fall in sleep well.   So, I feel my son very tired.

系呀! 阿女又做完8寶箱啦! 我又系時候要走人啦! (佢每晚都系做完功課就上電腦, 但系話咁快, 好似一陣風咁就要走佬了!) 拜拜啦! 老友記....哈...哈...哈...哈...!!!
