去年lambert的汗搞左我半年, 因為d汗令佢感冒好唔到, 中途汗"攝"親又再感冒, 成個冬天咁長, 至四月直頭要退學休息, 我搵到呢類資料, 後來問埋中醫用浮小麥(止盜汗)配適合佢的藥, 止左汗佢就感冒易好, 佢當時每晚入睡出2小時汗, 唔係淡汗, 但會流失晒好多野, 雙眼袋發紫.  佢屬陰虛內熱, 又係寒底, 但經常口紅紅咁.

Thank you for the Christmas Card.

Yesterday, I took Tina to school and Tina made Lok Heng angry.  Lok Heng arrived classroom at 8:45 a.m. and the class bell was ringing.  At that time, he wanted to play the toys on table, then my 多事妹 報寸 to Miss So that he's still want to play ya.  Finally, Tina took the whole basket of toys to the cabinet.  I saw Lok Heng's face became very very angry and he took out the chair so strong and sit down.... .  I really want to say sorry la  

I was sick yesterday night, got fever 101 oC.... but this morning I need go back to office because there are a lot of works waiting for me..... so poor every time I can not take sick leave        

Wish all of childrens and parents are healthy

No need to thank me la.  Is Tina still sitting next to Lok Heng?  Tina is so lovely and brave to point out Lok Heng's wrong to Miss So and really not善男順女 as mentioned by you before        Lok Heng has對手了      Lok Heng was poor yesterday as my maid went to market and not yet returned before Lok Heng went to school.  So I brought him to take the school bus.  As we were too slow, the time was very very tight.  In the lift, I asked Lok Heng to greet the secure guard and walked fast in order to take the school bus on time.  He wore so many clothes yesterday and slipped on the floor.  He cried loudly with many tears and the school bus just left the waiting area.  I went in the road quickly and waved my hands to stop the school bus.  Finally Lok Heng got into the school bus but he still cried because he was painful on his little head.

argus坐出面車,幾好人架,我地有事遲左,佢都唔會走架,可能我留下又停得車啦.呢兩日大風,我地同argus坐在大堂梳化,見到架車黎左,先同佢行出去,ee同司機叔叔都無咋型.
有時佢地塞車未到,都會打比我先架.

Cyrus食喜歡的食物會好快同小心，eg,蛋tak。佢BB時食奶好快ga,我mama話佢20分鐘內可以收理奶樽,但表姐食1小時
E+Cyrus吃飯都係半粒鐘到,佢唔想食或食得慢我就話收野,佢會搶黎食ga 佢話飽就算，但99有時叫工人餵佢    我起碼要佢食左一半至加只匙餵幾口等佢快Ｄ食 有時要佢食野都幾勞氣ga[quote]

早餐5安奶,茶點呢排比一塊"茶"左牛奶既麵包佢,或者一片美心排包..lunch返99到食大半碗粉/飯.夜晚最勞氣,食大半碗飯都要食成個鐘....
放假如果同佢去麥當當食薯餅同熱香餅,佢就食好多,佢對食物真係無興趣架,有時我同hb同佢去街,唔記得比野佢食,佢都唔會叫我去食野架...

Argus 食飯係超級勞氣呀..返到我屋企都好d,起碼肯自己食,在99屋企,要餵足一個鐘架...仲要邊走來走去,99跟住尾餵...我同99講過好多次,唔好再餵佢,要佢自己食,同埋唔好比佢食飯先,等埋我地放工,先一齊坐埋食,但係99知我會鬧argus,(我試過argus唔肯自己食飯,我死都唔比99餵佢,最後我倒左碗飯唔比佢食,99心痛死..)自此之後,就會在我返去前餵飽個孫先...你話死唔死..你有你去教仔,佢有佢去縱.....
我又好鬼死衰,見99咁縱佢,我特登在99面前同argus講:好,你咪唔好自己食lor.過年我放成2個星期假,我實對付到你架,你咪唔好食lor.餓死算數.)嘩....嚇死99呀...哈哈....

唔好客氣, 佢地食西藥好易大汗, 尤其體虚的, d汗要止左先食補品, 否則連冬蟲草都浪費, 吸收唔到架.

我見bk有人講麥米大魚頭湯都好有效, 當湯飲又方便, 但想起當時lambert冬天可以出汗全頭滲透(洗頭未抹頭咁), 背部又濕(冷親個肺), 我上網搵左料再問佢個中醫, 加左浮小麥入藥度, 2次見效.

准山藥我要問下中醫先, 可能係准山.

你係跟團定係package呀?價錢唔貴喎....
不過我覺得帶小朋友去旅行,跟團佢地會好辛苦,因為晨早morning call,又要攪佢地起身,又要攪自己,好趕架,而且跟團通常一早起身出法,小朋友會唔夠訓架.
我上次同argus去泰國,都係package架.(其實package貴過跟團),不過可以唔使成日轉hotel
