Hi Lo,

sorry can't give you mine profile, since mine was lost by virus big5.  so here give to you all was guide line only not the whole profile!  sorry!  The guide line was specail re-do again for BK members ^-^

But can give you some more idea that you divided the profile by index.  Frist prepare all index pages than follow each index cover to prepare material inside.

eg: info for kids that must:
1.兒童出世紙 (copy for 出世紙)
2.成積表 (copy for it)
3. K1 to K3 兒童表現 (copy & record for them fm K1 to K3 one by one)
4. K1 to K3 作品紀錄 (copy & record for them, scan or photos, put them one by one fm K1 to K3)
5. K1 to K3 工作紙 (copy & record for them, scan or photos, put them one by one fm K1 to K3)

Just follow the index you hv prepared that you should catch up how to prepare it.
