我真可憐因我個大仔又發燒，醫生話佢感冒可能今日上完PE個身濕o左然後入課室被冷氣冷到。又或者上o左小一生活習慣唔同o左及有壓力既關係，所以病毒容易入侵。所以大家放鬆D唔好再俾壓力小朋友及自己!

我個仔今早都有問我如果答錯o左好小分吟點算好，我話唔緊要錯o左既就睇返D o岩既答案就得啦唔洗介意幾多分，佢聽完之後用一個好安樂及感激眼神對住我笑。所以你話佢
o地無壓力就假啦。

各位早晨,

Warner退o左燒已返學，希望佢冇事啦。今日我都返學校做週會媽媽可以早D睇o下佢。

你o地話會唔會我個仔因為食唔慣canteen既飯盒，因為我
o地好小出街吃飯，太油利或熱氣所以佢腸胃唔習慣。因係幼稚園都唔係成日病、但返o左小一就已經病了3次啦。所以我決定今日起帶飯俾佢返學校食睇o下會唔會好D。

呢排自己病及2個仔輪流病真令我心力交稅，因我好精神緊張當佢o地病、一發燒我就訓唔著成晚做o左人肉探熱針，一味驚佢地發高燒。我昨晚真係好down，望住個仔心裹面問主點解佢吟可憐既剛剛好返又要再病過。所以唔該大家多多支持講多D好說話安慰o下我。

My son stayed in the lobby to look for the Chinese full names of the teachers before he left the school yesterday. When he was back home, I was busy at kitchenwork and he designed his merit certificates for his teachers.  Every merit certificates has the title of 英華良師 and their Chinese full names.  This morning, he shows his merit certificates to his dad, his dad asks,"Only 5?", he answers,"英華 has too many 良師s,  I can not make so many certificates!".
So, 兩位美玉小姐, 獎是由誠實無偽的評判頒的, 實至名歸!

"                    Coaching Strategies

After being a coach at the middle and high school levels for 25 years, I've picked up a few lessons that have helped me be a better parent.

Coaching has taught me how to be more objective about my children's successes and failures. I see many parents on the sidelines who can't separate their own self-esteem from their child's performance. They are living through their children, and the pressure is so intense that their children aren't allowed to fail. I call them the "chess parents." No matter what sport or position their child plays, he or she is really only a pawn in the parents's game or life.

A good coach can see that failure often leads to growth and creates a spirit in the child that makes him or her more teachable and a better team player. we sometimes want our kids to be perfect, to drive them to success. By doing that, we lose the opportunity to teach them through their mistakes.

A good parent-coach makes sure home is a safe place to fail. When kids go to the sidelines, they need to find encouragement and motivation, to talk with someone who believes they can do it. If they are wounded, they need to be patched up and sent back out to try again. If you give your child criticism at that point, you will crush his or her spirit.

But that doesn't mean you can't be tough........Coaching has taught me how to be tough if it's for a higher cause. Coaching has allowed me to balance my tenderness with discipline.

When you have children's highest interest in mind, you can teach them to be tough. You listen to their emotions and acknowlegde them, but you don't necessarily give in to them. That's part of teaching them self control. The practice field has to prepare them for the real game, and being a Christian in the real world is tough."

我地班良朋友好會為你打氣, 努力加油, 努力加油, 努力加油. 不過我覺得小病是福, 因小朋友的抵抗力會增加. 我仔以前讀幼稚園時, 時常傷風感冒發燒, 一拖就好耐先好, 好返無耐, 又來過. 我時常給他做運動, 這一年來, 我覺得佢身子好好多, 都幾強壯, 無物xx (touch wood).

I think your son may strictly follow the teacher's intruction not drinking too much water in order to avoid going to the toilet. It is better to remind him to drink enough water even he has to go to the toilet. Moreover, when your kid go home, he should wash his nosetril with water to prevent infection again.

Don't worry so much as worries will suppress immunicative ability, then will get sick easily.  Enough rest + healthy food + happy mood + avoid cross infection will get well soon. Bible says 喜樂的心是良藥啊!
