I had an opportunity being invited to join a study course of taking care of kindergarten students organised by YMCA Int'l Kindergerten.  
YMCA's principle required all her students to sleep at 7:00 pm in the evening and wake up at 7:00 am in the morning.
According to her theories, babies are require to sleep at least 10 hours, perferrably 12 hours, in order stay fit for school.  
She emphasized that 'sufficient sleep' was a must for optimizing your kids' ability to learn.
I trust her and Rosaline usually sleeps at 7:00 pm and then wakes up at 6:30 am.

諗番我仔n1返學果陣又無話阿仔唔夠訓喎,果陣我仔9點幾就會訓覺,未返學果時佢無11,12點都唔訓架,朝早就7:45-8:00am起身
你地可以試下早d叫小朋友訓,咁就唔會唔願起身

個保母係約克幼稚園安排的，校車費算一般，大約HKD620元左右，但因今個月只是由10日開始返，所以唔知幾多錢﹗

您想搭校車？可以問約克，或之前都有搭校車通告的，可以睇翻﹗

只有第一天開學可以有這個特別安排，明天囝囝要自己坐校車了！

I wake Tiffany up by her favour VCD. Once she heard + my happeness & said '' ha ha, Big boy wake you up, what big boy is doing..."
Fist she will have temper & said 'I'm sleepy' but later on she will smile & go out to watch vcd.
She don't want brush teeth, I will bring a soft toys & ask her teach the toy to brush teeth. She will happen & do it.
I will make the whole proccess happy even she cry. Then she will happy.
This is important because if you make her angry, she will be angry & feel wake up in the morning for school is sad. So you better make the whole process in fun. Even she is cry when you leave your kids in school, you still want to smile & say  bye bye happily. She will think its not a big deal. If you sad also, You make her sad.
Even Tiffany still cry but she never say she don't want go to school. Just she is struggling for the lonely & not use to cannot see us.

原來如此,我家大少又係夜一夜都唔肯睡果種,天光晒到patpat都唔肯起身的,不過真無辦法,要返9點,我覺得都幾眼訓,我早上唔叫佢起身架,如果叫佢,佢會發晒皮氣,到時仲死,唯有唔叫佢,就咁同佢換衫,等佢自己慢慢醒,咁就OK啦！ :  :

dear all,
I always bring my daughter to catch the school bus in the morning.  She is taking the no. 1 route bus.
Actually, she has been taking the same bus for over half year.  I find that the bus is now taking increasing number of York kids! May be the reputation of York is recovering.

今天都算ok啦﹗不過話時話呀，每次收到保母的電話我都好驚，今日都收到佢電話，話校車早到o左，重未見有人接我囝囝，原本是11:25am才到，但竟然11:10am到o左。   

另明天又要變更時間了﹗
