原來外間有咁既留言, 你唔講我都唔知. 但我識有一個小一家長, 又唔係外間所流言的.他們都好 nice, 好肯幫人的.

各位，

還有17天...大家盼望的結果就快到喇....
大家在等待期間有什麼感受呢？
反正大家也在等，(其實結果已定，只是未公開啫)...不如分享下大家的心情呢...
等我講下自己的感覺先啦...我就開始瞓唔著，晚晚當閉上眼睛時會不停諗...呀..就快有結果喇，呀囡唔知得唔得呢？然後又會諗..唉！今年對手個個都咁叻女(又有咁多好學校的offer)，邊度夠人爭呢，加埋學位又少，話就話收140人，實際上只收得30-40人(指冇人事,冇關係的)...就係咁諗來諗去，左諗右諗...死未？
唔知大家有冇同我一樣呢？我估都冇喇...你地D囡囡個個都咁叻，唔使擔心啦！

我估三冇人仕都有好大機會，唔會好似SPCC咁。如果間間玩自閉，出來的產品唔夠人哋比。
我冇晒感覺了，我囡囡基本上入到2nd in已經超額完成，
再者，我怕到時又係我再讀書多過佢讀。（日日做書僮）

入到2nd我都已經非常開心, 對於黎緊最後final result, 不會太緊張, 已調整了心態! 所以不會有希望越大失望越大!

我的感覺同你一樣，真係無乜壓力了，因為結果控制唔到，入到 2nd in 已經非常開心，結果就由天去安排，希望各位都可用平常心面對。

My husband saw my anxious waiting mentality these days, and comforted me today :

"The interview and selection process is actually not a competition, but a process for the school to see whether our girl is really suitable for the school.  If she is not suitable, even though she is accepted by luck, she will not feel comfortable studying there.  So why not let the school makes the best decision for our girl?"

It sounds very theoretical, but it is true, and it is something that I have nearly forgotten.

I am suddenly surprised that he can be so rational and calm on the issue.   Well, men sometimes can be useful .......  (hee hee)

Anyway, a very keen competition in this year. All candidates r of v good standard.

oh, I agree with your husband totally.  Your girl as far as I know is brillant and gifted.   The 2nd interview is for the prinicpal /teachers to see if she is suited.   No matter what the result will be , she is is  still very smart , and your sweet heart.  

I was told, sometimes, the school wants more of these types, sometimes wants more of those types of students.

God will guide your girl and your family.

We've been very careful in managing our expectations. My girl loves the school very much after the interview, she's especially fond of the swings! We keep telling her that she has done well and keep reminding her that she already has an offer from her brother's school which she also likes. No matter what the result is, we will have extra celebrations this Christmas!

完全同意....明知道即使幸運地取錄了，自己一定比她更辛苦(日日玩伴做功課、温習)可能成績追唔上又要出去補習等等....唉！有時真係好矛盾，連自己也不知道想她得呀定唔得呢...
唯有自我安慰...等上天安排吧！

等咗咁耐我都冇之前緊張了。同YLMom一樣，我老公都好似好冷靜咁，成日同我講，收到未必好，阿女可能應付唔到咁大壓力同競爭，會好辛苦㗎！而家手頭上呢間學校好適合佢，佢應該會讀得開心，又一定不用我們擔心。所以等命運安排吧！
阿女就嚟生日，我已將啲精力放響佢嘅生日會上，咁我同阿女都會開心放鬆啲！

Thanks a lot Ewongmum.  Yes, you are right.  God will guide her way.

Last night when she was sleeping, I looked at her round cute face, just like a little baby.  I told myself, DG may not like such baby look, but she is always my sweet little heart, and no matter smart or not, she is my most valuable gift from God.  What else should I expect?
