Hi Derdad,

冇壓力係假的。但考完後佢話「還可以」,　我覺得入Ｕ係無問題的,　要入心儀的學系就要睇ＤＳＥ的Ｇｒａｄｅ　的　ｂｅｎｃｈ　ｍａｒｋ　有幾高,　始終係白老鼠　！

　　牛津夢遙不可及？DSE考生李偉畧，去年跟隨任職律師的師兄上庭學法律，又勤閱英國報章的法庭新聞，成功在面試中過關斬將，獲牛津等4間英國名學府的法律學院有條件取錄。

　　這位正雀躍等待開學的男生，呼籲其他學生別怕發夢：「不必因牛津、劍橋的名頭響就妄自菲薄，要實踐，勿白白浪費機會！」

Unlike those DSS, major income of SJC is from government. Financial support from old boys, parents and the public is vital to the success of the school and the boys.

I knew the news article you quoted. The old boys also mentioned about the mentorship scheme, especially mentioned about the experience from an old boy and now is a judge of Court of Apreal, to offer a tea gathering to the F5-F7 SJC students.

I totally appreciate their efforts on the mentorship, and fully understand the dilemma SJC is now facing. But it seems too hard-sell for them to mention that they needed 3.3 millions this year of fundings from old boys and parents...
I think they could organize different campaigns to raise the fund.

May be you can consider joining the PTA to help the funding raising for the benefit of the boys.

I hearsay some boys interested in medical studies even have a chance to sit in an organ transplanting operation during the mentorship.

I still have a younger son in P.4 to look after - a naughty boy exhausting me day after day. I have no spare time for PTA la.
