I've heard that there is no ranking disclosed to parents except top 3 students?  Does it mean that top 3 in class or in whole form?

It's only top 3 in class, award is given & no ranking disclosed in whole form. However, there is award for top ten in main subject (like Maths) in each form & top three in each class.
