Hi, Athena mom. GH has accepted Nicole as well... And I have the same feeling as you. Not sure if Nicole will adapt GH's learning environment or NOT...

Well... We have already done our best for our kids... I think it is time for us to relax and take it easy... since we can't do anything anymore ...

Hey, have fun tomorrow in the school picnic... It was hard to tell Nicole that she has to attend interview tomorrow and can't go to school picnic. But, until we told her that we will make it up for her (go to other fun place), she became happy again.

nowaday, we have to make deals with our kids......

I apply HKPS(Ascot) and attend interview already. I really want my daughter can study there. However, she is moody on that day. And also somebody say that HKPS will reserve all the placements to the nursery class especially the am class. That means no chance for the new comers for the K1. Is it right? Even study just in PM class? I'm very sad! :cry:
Do you know the turn over rate of nursery to K1 is high or low?

perhaps i can give u some info about pre-nursery to K1.

my son studied in HKPS pre-nursery class last year, there were about 30 children in his class. as far as i know, there are about 10 classmates remain here to study K1. (For those 10 classmates who i know were picked up by parenets, i did not familiar with other classmates who took school bus.)

for this year, i know some of my son's K1 classmates are come from last year PM class, so the remaining ratio is high.

but don't worry, i believe the school will try to open more classes to accept more students, money is money!
