so what's the total no. of students in N1 at BH ? i want to know the ratio of getting into St.Paul Co-ed. for those who don't go to St. Paul, where do they go? but true that St. Paul Co-ed's 家長本身都有人脈/家底, it would not be one of my choices though.

not really that St. Paul Co-ed's 家長本身都有人脈/家底, coz my brother's daughter is now in Secondary one, she used to be in Henessy Primary.

SPN is a good choice, i will also consider if my child is a girl..coz I also graduate from SP but SPN said no privilege for that on applying kinder for my son wow :  :  :wink:

SPN also takes boy wor, may be u can consider.  I once saw a mother who was also a graduate from SP, when she submitted the application, she  included a letter stating that she was a graduate.  Finally her daughter got accepted, may be u could do the same thing too.   
So, what's your list of schools? Boys seems a bit tough for kinder, right ?

I know SPN also accept boys, but then I have to look for a primary school for him...

I am still struggling between traditional schools like 聖公會, and international schools like ESF, Kingston. Still in the stage of figuring out the list of preferred school. It seems you are very keen in SPN?

if st. paul's co-ed move to southern side in 2008, do you think it will not accept as much as 聖公會 graduates as it is now? coz SPC no longer in Central zone.

do u know how much graduates of 聖公會 goes to SPC? how about 聖保羅堂幼稚園. My friend said these two kinder have very similar style..

yes, in fact, SPK/SPN will be my first choice among all.
SKH is a good school too, just that it doesn't have primary.
I have friends' daughters and sons go to Kingston, it is highly recommended by them.  But I won't consider internationals at this stage.

I would like to know the 真光 you have been talking abt is the one located in 大坑? What abt the one in Canie Road, are two of them related? If so, which one is better? Tks!

my friend's daughter studied in Kingston. Her daughter told me school life is very happy in Kingston, and what is remarkabke is that her speech, both English and Madarian is excellent.

The bad thing is they will not consider child born after Oct for K1..and quite expensive

My son is Dec 2003 and I will let him study K1 in SKH. Last year he studied in Nursery and enjoyed the school life. I think we can let small kid try for K1 and if really cannot catch up in speech, listening or writing etc. can consider repeat after consulting teachers.
If  really prefer to repeat, I think repeat K3 or primary one is  better? K1 is just playing and socialising.
