My son is on waiting list and they would inform me on 13/1 whether my son will be offered a place in KG.

Though I am a graduate from Munsang more than 20 years ago, I really get confused their standard to offer the place because I heard my son laughing and answered to teacher's questions (at least I felt that they had had a nice time).

I guesss - may be they concerned about my son's cantonese standard (my son only understands English) and the teacher once asked me whether I would send my son to those international school.

In my opinion, there is no criteria to give an offer to the kid. Those accept or not is very subjective to the KG teacher when interview.

I know a kid accepted in Pui Ching last year. Her parents told me that she cried & said nothing during interview. But she has no "background". Her parents also think it is amazing!!!

I think I am very lucky have this offer because I did not hear anything from my kid during interview. And the teacher just ask me a very "巷貨" question. 1. Why u choose Munsang. 2. Who take care the kid. 3. Who teach your kid.......

When I leave the school, I can see my kid smile only and did not say anything, even goodbye & thank you the gift. That's all.

So, I think it is difficult for you to know any criteria for giving an offer to the kid in Munsang or others KG.

I think the children may have opportunities after Pui Ching announced the offer. Good luck to all BK members kids!!!

Joeyjoeycheng,

Finally I received the letter in Friday afternoon and Munsang accepted my daughter in PM class.  I am very happy although I want AM class very much. I always thought that those not received letters at the seconday must be rejected and the truth told me that I am wrong.

I didn't heard from Munsang this morning and then I called them this afternoon.

They said that they already called those parents whose kids were on the waiting list.  However, she comforted me that they would from time to time contact those on the waiting list in case someone gave up the seat/registration.
