My daughter use ET for 1 year.  She don't like it previously and only like play along.  But she love it recently (around 3-4 months).  Luckily my consultant asked me don't worry for the situation and I keep on let my BB watch ET.  I feel that my consultant is very nice and helpful for aftersales services.  I have PM her contact info. to you. You can consider her too if you can't found the one you have contacted.

My BB have 2 consultants.  They are Alex & Ceci.
Is it same with you?  Their after sales services is very good.  By the way, do you join the Smart kid club activities?  I like playgroup in Causeway Bay more than TST.  By the way, I joined their X'mas party last year & BB very enjoyed it!

I met Alex first in ET counter and he came to my home for demo with Ceci.  That why I have 2 consultants.  They did a very details briefing and talked about child care during demo.  

Then, I purchased ET and they were doing regular after sales services with me even I purchased ET more than 1 year.  Like I had the bad feeling in TST playgroup lesson previously, they did reflect to services group immediately then proceed update review and shift the lesson for me to Causeway Bay.

May be I'm lucky to have 2 best consultants with me.  How about you, Cway?  Is yours is OK?
