Oh, HK真光, I love its spacious atmosphere with excellent facilities. I just visited its website. You mentioned真光d畢業生, you mean Primary or secondary sch 畢業生. Coz its secondary sch is an famous English medium teaching school so I expect that most students are excellent in English in there.
Oh,yea, my daughter has a DSS sch offer now. However, it is in Shatin. It is so far away as where we live. And, it is my husband's dream sch for our  daughter only.

Thank you for your sharing. Could you tell us what kind of puzzle is that?

It seems that the "playing time" of 堅小is shorter than that of "麥小", which is better to the small kids - they won't get bored.

My son's interview is on 20 Oct. Good luck to all of us, esp those without relationship like my son.

I tend to agree with Charlottemom that they have many different games.  Because when the parents can go into their room for checking documents, they can do a little bit of peeping   .

Anyway, my kid says the games are easy and all three of them in her batch could do it properly, even for the "small girl" in her group (I don't know her age but she looks and behaves small).  I don't think that you should worry about the games part as long as your kid is patient to play with the others (or take turns).

BTW, the headmistress cannot see the kids during the games part, and I really wonder whether that part contributes anything to the final decision of having the 2nd interview.

It describes about the teaching method, activities and teachers of the SPCC Primary School. Should be read by parents before the 2nd interview. Will give the child a feel of the school too.

my son had his interview already yesterday.  It took around 1.5 hour including waiting time.  It was not as difficult as I thought & I don't expect that he would receive an offer as we are unrelated to the school in any way & the chance is so slim.  But I think its a good experience for him & I could see an improvement on his communication with others.

I'm happy with that

Could you tell me when was your interview time? How long had your son waited outside before they called him to go in? And how long for each session - group and 見校長? What did he do in each session?

我個仔上星期六interview的, 過程連埋等的時間大概兩小時...一去到交低份信在校務處就等叫名, 之後就會幾個小朋友一組入去玩puzzle, 家長也會叫入去同一間房核對文件, 之後就出來等見校長....我個仔話佢入左去校長叫佢睇左幾本書, 之後問左佢幾條問題就走得...

講真,雖知道考中的機會微乎其微, 但都唔知佢地以咩準則收生?

Firstly, 3 kids were asked to go into a room to play games with a teacher for around 15-20 minutes & after they finished.  We had to wait to see the principal for around 45-60minutes.  The time to meet with the principal only took a few minutes.  So its better to bring a book with u, so that u can read to your son/daughter during the waiting time.

Thank you for your reply! We had the interview this morning. The whole interview took 50 mins to finish and the waiting time was not very long, perhaps because our interview time was 8:40am!

I don't know what my son did in the play room,nor what the headmistress asked him, as he said he could not remember! However I tried my best to recall his memory and he could only remember the follows:
1. What is your name?
2. Which school are you studying at?

That's all I could get!!!

其實堅小玩的是"畫紙"同係擲豆袋? 我聽到有個細路同佢阿媽講，話面試時要他擲來擲去一些一吋咁大的"豆袋"，咁可以睇到小朋友乜嘢能力?咁細個，點會接到?淨係睇佢識唔識聽指令?
