Our teacher said they won't train or arrange the activity for the kids. All training should be done by parents.

My girl is the same as your boy so we're still hesitating.

I have no idea about Faust, would like to know more, too.

I've just taken a look on the speech poems in my working place.It's a bit long and difficult for our kids.The age for this group is 3-6.I think we better participate it next year.

Are the speech poems specified by the organization? I don't have any idea as I still haven't received the application form from the class teacher. Hopefully I can get it tonight. Thanks for your advice.

How's Yetta performed these days. My girl is so far so good, they start reader today. What about your class?

The poems are fixed.One is called 小蠟筆which includes 14 sentences,another is called 左手和右手 which includes 16 sentences.Each sentence includes 5-7words.So I think it's a bit long for them to memory and add action.My girl is OK.She does her homework by herself everyday.But she still seldoms tells me about her school life.

I just learnt from Winnie that Jasmine, Kelvin and Ka Chun are in the same class as Yetta in L9.  So, she must be happy !

Thanks for your information. I finally got the application form on Monday and have a look at it. Anyway I enrolled it for my girl though I think she may not be able to go on the stage. What I think is, if she's happy to go, just let her go. If not, we'll just forget it. Anyone has join it?

Nice to hear that Yetta is going on well in school,  she's a strong girl. These few days, my girl has emtional up and down. Her teacher called me and said she cried easily in class. She told the teacher that she's tired. I'm very upset, I know she is not yet get used to the afternoon schedule. She has afternoon sleep everyday in the past. What can I do? Any advice?

My son gets the same problem.  I don't know why he gets up so early as I (around 7:30a.m.).  So, when it's time to go to school, he cries and says I don't want to go.  Today, before he gets on the school bus, he cries as a nursery student!!!!

Every night, when I see him, his eyes are nearly dropping down but he still insists he is not tired.  He wants to play and talks with me.

But fortunately, I called the class teacher today and asked whether he is emotional to teacher or classmates, the teacher confirmed that he is quiet good at school!!!!

Hope they can adapt soon!!

大家好!我囝囝今年讀LK.因為去年他已經是下午班,所以今年好快適應!見到你們的留言,和囝囝去年好相似!他當時又細,足足又病又發惡夢左差不多成個月至適應到,開頭一返學就打喊路,睡住上校車!!後來佢自己調節番,晚上俾他晚一點才睡,成十一時架,但早上就讓他睡到夠,咁佢上車時就精神奕奕了!雖然小朋友要早睡早起,但我的先生不是太早回家,所以唯有讓囝囝晚睡晚起啦!!

Don't worry, I think they can get used to it slowly, just give them some time.

ChinKiuMami, my girl is already doing what you said right now, go to bed later and wake up later. Having mom share their experience really can help me to relief, thank you.

She's getting better these 2 days, she told me that she didn't cry in the class already.

I am looking forward to seeing his adaption!  

My son is sleeping together with me (in the same room).  Every morning, I tried my very best not to disturb him, but how now he knows that I am waking up and going to work!!!!  And so he wake up so early and cry for asking me 'Don't go to work!!!'
I believe this is a kind of bonding between mother and children.

How about your progress on ORT?  The book has no word.  So, are U reading the same story everyday with your children.  Can they tell U the story?  So can U share some hints how to make the book more interesting???

My nightmare comes again. My girl cried very seriously last night and said she doesn't want to go to school since she's tired. After a lot of discussion, she said she wants to go to school one day, not go to school the other day, go again....... I think she feels pressure.
How's your son? Seems that he likes school but he just don't want you to leave him, right?

U know, my son request whether he can go to the class of Ms. Tong (she is her nursery teacher).  I believe it's not because he missed her, but only he enjoy the school life in nursery.  He told me that mami.... there are so many works to do
