可能係因為中或英好差，以至拉低左整體排名

教育是一種系統.
並不單是.學制: 咩DSE.咩lB.咩AL
或是.水平分級: Band 1 /2  /3

同學們/年青人有自己的特質.

如何分析.指導.提升特質...
也許.是教育其中一種意義.

我見你個post係講band 2A學校
又同附近的band 1B學校比較
我就跟講幾句

其實間學校M1 M2都開曬，已經唔野少
一般自覺學生力有不逮的學校連M1都未必開，莫說M2

讀哩間學校應該辛苦既
哩道的人一向說
在band 2頭位置的學校最谷

大學一定唔會講，但內部收生已經在DSE收生兩年後已經改咗，因為發現有讀冇讀有幾明顯分別。

我用當年資料講一下，某大學的Engineering Maths的合格率：

M1 DSE 2 & 3，EM(特別微積分)合格率～70%
M2 DSE 2 & 3，EM(特別微積分)合格率～85%

讀過M1，M2，DSE肥佬，EM合格率都比冇讀過嘅好。

物理我搵唔到當年資料，當時結論係NSS一定要讀，而且考試結果係認為只係有Combined Science入面有物理都唔夠能力讀得到個學位。

HKIE評核大學工程學位課程，是保證課程质量及專業資格，我哋嘅機制係針對大學，不是市民。大學課程脫節，不跟國際接軌，會影響HKIE跟海外19個國家地區工程師學會互認機制。

你說的EM是所有學生在全個學位課程中的第一科數
還是已經讀過上文提過的入門數學後才繼續讀的?

所有學院制收生都做緊補底，不然的話，收生不足要縮班。

部分工程課程獨立收生，不用做補底，收生學生平均質素高咗。

話說最初轉DSE頭幾年，有朋友在大學工程系做tutor,話新高中數學改到不知所謂，工程系收返來的新生，比起以前Alevel學生個個都係pure math+appplied math,新生呢樣唔識，個樣未學過，大學要開course畀佢地補返未學既嘢，佢呻以為自己教緊中學
而家呢d course應該已經係常規

提外話 ： 如果要搵M1 補習，係咪搵讀讀過Alevel 嘅補習老師好啲

無仔細比較過，但肯定無咗以前applied math 的mechanics

無搵過M1補習，所以唔清楚
