school probably starting to interview most applicants.

Y1 Interviews
1. Listen to stories and answer questions in English
2. Draw and try to put their names on the paper .
3. Math calculation with simple plus and minus
4. Play time to see how they interact with Other kids.
5. Vocabulary testing ( animals , colours, action, feelings etc....)

But a 4.5 yrs old kid really know how to do plus and minus calculation?

yes they do math... and some writing such as your name. And they are interviewing every applicant this year.

Yes, most kids do know simple single digit addition and subtraction by 4.5 years old, either by counting fingers or beads.

My boy learned 12x12 times table by himself by 4.5 years old and knew how to do multiplication and division.

一年有幾多人申請就唔清楚。根據學校資料一年有大概200-250新學生入學，其中有大概16%係early year. 同埋學校公佈因所有individual capital note已沽清，往後入讀early year 不再需要持有ICC.

We could choose the option of annual levy from Year 1 or avove.

Early year = kindergarten Pre-K to K2.

it was mandatory for all early year student to get capital note. Because icc is all sold out, the school lifted the requirement.

昨天我們也去了面試，幾好呀，小朋友話好鍾意間學校及老師！考小朋友英文故事書理解能力，問返佢個故事講乜，阿囡話本書有圖畫有字，考畫畫，考寫自己個名，有一堆數字叫佢讀，單位加數！
