I just try to be helpful and make sensible dialogue on this forum. I was asked  "to share the source of the fact"  and was told "keen to know more about this school" (but because already disliked the school !!??). I thought It was appropriate to point to one of the possible souces in the public domain which did show some foriegn names in the senior years vs 100% chinese student population. I mentioned previously my knowledge also relied partly from the exchanges on a few occasions which of course included a school tour. I had different impressions from yours. But as a matter of respect, i did not feel any need to make comments about your school tour experiences. Anyway there is no point to debate whether an IS with a high percentage of chinese is good or not. It is very personal as long as we pay for our own school bills.

香港凱莉山國際學校總經理學校總經理Paul Measor稱，每年學費預算屆乎於15萬至18.5萬元，報讀學生亦必須持有價值高達192萬港元的個人提名債券（Individual Nomination Certificates），最終不獲取錄或已完成第八班的學生，方可全額退款。
假設小朋友入讀此校，以15萬學費計算，8年的學費便是120萬，加上192萬的個人債劵，入場費便高達312萬，可謂名符其實的貴族學校！
5. 明年9月能否開校？
教育局今年7月25日撤回香港凱莉山國際學校的註冊申請，引發明年能否如期開辦學校的質疑。香港凱莉山國際學校回覆《經濟日報》查詢時表示，相關學校註冊將在短期內再提交，強調計劃並無延期，仍預計明年9月開校。

Although i was intending not to make further comments on this topic, i could not help making a correction. I did not state Harrow HK was great. I have so far shared some of my data collections with other parents, and let them make their own mind. I never jump to any conculson if a school is excellent. Just don't mis-quote my posts, please.

Paul (general manager) and Jenny (admission n admin) of Mount Kelly HK have resigned in July 2016.  who is the new management now?

It now seems that ksun26 is from Malvern and Cismama is from Mount Kelly. Both of them are defending their schools (bosses) and say negative comments on Harrow which is their major competitor in the Hk market. Harrow is the first mover, and Malvern and Mount Kelly are followers. Interesting discussion. As an outsider, I tend to check the track record of Harrow HK first, which has shown very good academic results and university entrance in the past few years, even comparable top local schools such as SPCC and DBS.
I am not a parent of any of these new schools but an established IS. But I have friends with kids studying at Harrow. According to them, its primary section has more than 50% expatriate/white kids. The secondary section has increasing percentage of Asians just like other IS. I know ESF has only a few non-Chinese (maybe Indians) in secondary school classes.
