9000 levy is refundable after completion with Victoria or 2 months written notice to inform the school.

The levy is for continuous improvement/ development for the school. That's a one off paymentvon top of school fee.

我覺得artsplus差咗好多，有兩位好好的老師轉咗時間，一位走了  之前有個module仲突然轉老師唔通知！



我女由八個月讀到依家21個月... 至於點解仲keep住，因為唔想個女無所事事，想佢有d規律適應八月開學...
