All mama, I have a question. I was filled the form on Wednesday but I did not click the submit since I have suddenly meeting in office...and then I was trying to re-fill and and submit the form again, the system said my boy's name jas submitted the application form already..but I dont have any reference number wor...and I really didnt click the submit button but leave the page on still on the first day..so is it mean I have submitted?

if the system said your boy's name was submitted，then I think you've submitted somehow by mistake. the reference number will be given only after you click the confirmation email. the confirmation email will be sent within 5-7 days after you've submitted your form. if you don't received the confirmation email, you can call the school later.
