直資學校用納稅人的錢攪世襲教育,大家點睇?

good suggestion...yet... my friend is working at EOC, saying that there is no law against religious discrimination, now only disability, gender discrimination + now racial discrimination....


If a company only hire people with religious background, is not able to be covered by law, right now in HK... this is the fact here....


So, if a school only get admission with religious background, if you want to sue them, no law in HK to protect you. Yet if they discriminate your child based on gender or race or disability, then you can sue them.....or go to EOC to complain them

I checked here. Those do not support this topics have their kids accepted by "famous" DSS. I guess they are also related.

However, I think DSS has right to do what they want to do.

My positions as a parent to share:

I am not against all DSS nor all private. Some private and DSS are good schools. I am against those schools, including private, DSS, Government and Government subvented ones who use "exclusion" (e.g. religion; socio-status; extra-ordinary out of developmental achievement criteria etc..) strategies to exclude kids in general.

DSS and Government subvented are accountable to tax payers, while private run schools are not...That's why I am against those ones I mentioned above, not all..

唔明點解有家長認為宗教分/舊生分/係"exclusion"，exclude 咗d不同宗教/non-related既人，計分只係佔20%小一學額，如果唔係熱門學校，10分/15分都有機會收，無privilege唔等如excluded.

點先叫公平? 完全不分區大抽獎? 按學生能力考? 其實而家既制度都叫幾balance，有dss/私小俾人自己去考，有首輪計下分，有甲部不分區大抽獎，有乙部分區大抽獎，當然制度係唔會令所有人都滿意，但起碼好多人可以有選擇。

我之前都係ＢＫ講過這個用計分準則的世襲制是不公平,但卻比那些擁護者插到飛起.

直資點塙世襲教育呢？照我所知，如果哥哥姐姐讀得唔好，弟妹想入應難過街外人。

應該話：抗議直資用納稅錢，但冇皇管，想俾邊個入就邊個入。

真係，"如果要K3學生又要筆試又盛咁去"政府派位"至叫公平, 我寧願KEEP返而家既制度"，如果不分區派位，我住九龍，派到軒官俾我又如何?我情願讀樓下中規中矩既小學。如果要計成績，即係成個game提前3年，要由bb出世開始谷入好既K1﹗

-約佔學校小一學額30%

乙.根據計分辦法準則分配的學位

建議更改現行制度, 官津校兩輪招生, 取消計分制度, 全部以抽籤形式進行. 第一次可以全港都抽. 第二次只能選擇同區學校.

我都希望楼主说的DSS是真正世襲的，像官校。那麽我的小女儿就一定可以和她姐姐一起上学。

我其實無既定立場，不過我可以想象到如果所有學校都係抽，家長可以做嘅真係好有限，完全“等運到”。
