I didn't have any background and I am not a professional nor graduates from St. Paul. And my son is my first son.

Then where do you live?  And when was your first interview?  When did you receive the letter for 1st interview?  Thanks.

I don't have any background also. My husband and I are not professionals. We are Christians but not from the same Church as the school organization.

My 1st interview was early (28 Sept). I think that's why my 2nd interview (28 Oct) is also an early one.

p.s. I received the letter for 1st interview on 24 Sept and the letter for the 2nd interview on 20 Oct.

應該不是所有人都有第二次面試的機會，因為這次連家長也見，每名申請人要花的時間會比第一次更長（總不能只問幾條簡單題目就算）．而根據St Paul's的報名須知，申請結果會在十一月（多半在十五日之前）通知家長．

第三個信封，除了是用來通知申請成功或落選之外，也可以是通知候補．

No, they didn't retain the picture. I think that's not the clue for their decision.

Thank you very much for your response.  I would like to further ask which month your kids born.  I heard they like to admit big boy/girl, is it true?

Some kids brought their drawings back.  Some left them with the principal.  Nothing really turned on this.

Not everyone can get a second interview.  Last year about 100 applicants got a second interview (and that covers all those applying for the 30-odd "alumni/siblings" spaces and the 10-odd "non-alumni/siblings" spaces).

Thank you for your information.  I heard the school like the big boy/girls.  I think your son is very smart that he get into the 2nd round.

The headmistress retain my daughter's picture after the interview.  I beleive they do not use this to decide the 2nd round as I beleive my daughter is out as we do not receive the notice until today.
