其實我有一個問題請教，因為我仔仔除了宣道收了之外，另外九龍城培道及創價也收了，我初時都 consider which one is better, but many frineds tell me should be宣道 better than 培道及創價, 我相信都應該是的。

My frined said that 宣道 is band one & 培道 is band 2,創價 no comment but very happy in here study, they are also in Kowloon City Side.

How about your comment? 請指教，請指教！

我對這兩間幼稚園都認識不多,論名氣,我想宣道會較優勝,因為宣道小學的畢業生多數派band1的中學,而大部份的家長考宣幼都是希望小朋友比較容易入宣小,創價無小學會比較輸蝕,培道一直都是比較低調,好不好一直都靠口啤,但就比較主觀.

Hi!各位宣道媽咪, 您們好！

Babysister,  As I know that mayc 已經apply宣道了，今年九月開學, mayc女女是上午班, 我的仔仔是下午班。

錢綽芝媽咪 : 我想問:早前(大約兩星期前)聽說你女女已經要做真正的家課了, 不知平日有沒有家課呢？我知道你是在職而有請工人的。

其他宣道媽咪: 你們是全職媽咪或是在職而有沒有請工人的呢？

我仔仔平日是婆婆照顧的, 因為我是在職而沒有請工人的, 由於九月份即將開學, 我想自己照顧而且可以方便教導及幫仔仔溫習功課。但我不想請工人因為不習慣有其他人在家但又想自己照顧仔仔, 可以知道仔仔學校情況及親子，所以不知如何好？

錢綽芝媽咪 :其實我想知多D如果平日真的沒有功課的話，我可能繼續俾婆婆照顧, 直到出年再打算吧！

我是在職媽咪,由於在報社工作,故返的時間很麻煩,3:00至11:30,我揀女女返下午也是就我的返工時間,如果能力許可的話我也想自己照顧女女,我由工人睇住女女的,因此我揀選工人時揀了二十多個先揀到,我最初以為有學校教便可以了,但原來不能的,學校每星期也會有單元的,例如春天,個星期會以春天的事物去教,春天啦,唱歌也是春天,只要你按照手冊的內容跟子女溫書便可以了,
我有小小的提議,我現在也是用這方法的,希望幫到你
買些咭字,每一星期學校也會有新字的,到了現在,我個女已經學曉了三十多個生字,我擔心婆婆的英文程度不太好,你自己要花多些時間幫BB溫書,我想K1暫時還可以叫婆婆照顧的,你搵多一年錢先吧!


PS:不用太擔心車程啦!我不知看到住有很多住天水圍,大埔,元朗也是讀九龍塘學校啦!細路你在車上最多咪睡覺

我想請問九月開課時，有幾多天可以陪同小孩上課？
學校有沒有限制例如只准一位家長陪同或可以兩位〈即爸爸和媽咪〉及每日上一小時等等或陪足三小時呢？

可能我女女讀過plauground,所以佢我定,返k1已經可以自己搭校車喇,我記得學校好似無陪返學,不過我唔肯定,你9月可以問學校,不過唔使擔心,細路仔很快適應的.

Hi, 各位媽咪,宣道也收了我的女兒讀K1,下午班,其實st.cat. 也收了她,我真不知道如何選擇,因我不想她讀下午班,她下午要午睡.而且我有朋友或朋友的朋友讀宣小,他們都不約而同地說很辛苦,因很多功課.
而且宣小不一定收宣幼的學生,反而收St. Cat. 和根德較多,不知是否真的.

Hi janicechan,

My husband also prefers 宣道 because it has connection with its own primary school.  My son who is now in primary 2 is a graduate from St. Cat.
Although St. Cat. accepts so many students each year, their programme and environment are quite good.  I am quite satisfied.  My son also got quite good results in KG time which helped him to get a place in a private primary school (you know the school place allocation system is so unfair!!)
but 宣道 is relatively new.  I think the school can provide good environment and care for the students.  but i worry that the standard may be relatively lower than St. Cat.
I also don't like 宣道 primary school, a high rise building just like a commercial building, and my friends tell me that students are under great pressure and have to do lots of homework.
can anybody give me some advice from your experience. many thanks.

Actually, I have the same question and I don't know how to select which one? But 宣道媽咪 give some advise and you can refer to the previous page.
I am also very understand that it is hard for you to select, especially St. Catherine
As I know it is very difficult to enroll. And my friend is also agreed that & highly recommended St. Cat. , 您有沒有衡量兩者select candidate 的標準呢？

I really believe 宣道 kindergarten is good.  I got the impression when i attended the interview with my daughter early in march.  I also have confidence with St. Catherine as my son is a graduate from there.  they got quite good and well planned curriculum.  Children would have the chance to learn, listen and speak in English with native speakers.  also they have phonics.

Windychoi, my son is studying in a famous private school in kowloon tong.  i think the standard of it is quite similar with 宣小, but i don't think he has much homework or under great pressure.  he can handle quite well.

other 宣道媽咪, could you please give some advice on the standard of the kindergarten, are there any native english teachers?  thanks

坦白說每個家庭也會不冋，如果經濟許可又想ｂｂ英文好，就揀ｓｔ吧．每個人價值觀也不同
宣道是一間有名氣但學費便宜的學校１７８７
ｓｔ　ｃａ則３３００，我女女讀ｋ１有外籍老師，但並非每日也會在學校，只是一星期有一堂，但ｓｔ則每日有外籍老師和本地老師，如果想子女英文好，我主張你不要揀宣道
，因為相對ｓｔ是淺了一點，不過女女讀得很開心，我個人認為以千多元讀一間算名校是超值，我寧願將千多元給女女學英文，彈琴．這只是我小小意見
