I l ive in Tai Wai and the time to get on the bus is earlier this year, 7:05am. It only takes me 10 mins to drive but 55 mins for schoolbus. My son will come home later also this year. The lady said it's because the no. of passengers have increased and more stops.
The school won't let private mini-bus to drop students inside the gate. THere are double yellow-lines at the roundabout, so perhaps the mini-bus might get a ticket.
I live in Taiwai too, bus no. 9, the first stop ~ 7:05am pick up and return is bus no. 13 drop off at 3:45pm. Not sure if we are the same schoolbus.
