My daughter told me that during the interview, they were asked to tell a story.  Did your kids' have story telling?

I'm also considering to apply Sun Kei Primary School.  I attended Sun Kei's briefing last Fri.  It seems that the school does not put much pressure on students' academic results, it focuses on building up children's confidence, participation and mutual help among students, etc.  What are your reasons of choosing Sun Kei?

我仔仔冇提到要講故事,可能有些小朋友會有分別的。

我選擇宣基的原因係仔仔的幼稚園在上星期五邀請了舊生家長回校分享小朋友升上小學後的情況給我們知,分別有7間TKO小學的家長分享,我覺得宣基的家長分享得最好同實際, 學生愉快學習,師生關係好,課程不是很淺但功課壓力不大,小朋友養成很喜歡閱讀的習慣,及家長同學校關係好好,所以加大了我對學校的信心。加上我有宗教分機會都大D。

當然我們BK媽媽都入到播道書院就不用煩自行收生了。

睇番上年D post，有家長話如果有星星即代表果部份OK pass的意思，如果只有簽名就可能不行了。以上只係聽到上年D家長分享未經証實的消息，清家長留意！

上星期六我地都有去播道 interview, 我地應該係第一批, 早上9 點正, 不過我交 form 係 4/9 , 尾2 果日, 都唔知 interview d 時間係點定呢?  家長果 part, 好簡單只係問左大家同一case.. 不過就無問點解揀播道.... 唔知係咪因為第一批人interview, 初初d 題目短d呢？　仔仔果 part 就話有英文&普通話&廣東話... 佢自己就話有答晒d 問題, 不過英文就錯少少....

I was in Group G at 4:20pm.  

My daughter said:

[Lego - 1 teacher]
Firstly, all kids were asked to make a lego-model which should look the same as what the teacher shown them.  Then, they were asked to make a "Castle" with their own design.

[English & Mandarin - 1 foreign + 1 Chinese teachers]

Asked Name & English Vocab:
Fruits/ Colours/ Animals/ Body/ Household items (e.g. piano, computer).  My daughter said she forgot many of it!

Mandarin:
My daughter couldn't even understand the 1st question.  Therefore, She was asked to continue playing lego without further question!

My interview with a female teacher:

1) If my girl have conflicts with her schoolmates and feels unhappy to go to school, how would I deal with it?

2) If a teacher judged a conflict between students as the fault of my daughter and lateron found that the case was nothing to do with my daughter, what shall I do?

3) In my opinion, how should a teacher to deal with conflicts between students?

4) Why I choose EC?

5) Any other questions?

Taking into account the performance of my daughter, my husband and I think that the opportunity to get an admission is just 50:50.  We both think that EC did give us a very good impression (their interview arrangements were much better than Logos), and their helpers (secondary school students) seem 乖+純....

My 2nd choice is Shatin - Pui Kiu (DSS) or we'll join the lucky draw at Shatin region.

We've completed the 1st round interview with Logos for more than 2 months.  2nd round interview process has started already but we can't even get any verbal/written reply about the result.  The application fee was $200 (the most expensive one) but their service is not professional at all!  EC is obviously more well-organised and efficient! Anyway, I've already change my mind not to apply Logos due to certain reasons.

I remembered , last year, letters were received 2-3 Oct .....But as told by you, the time management of interview was doing quite well this year. It is possible that they can send out letters earlier this year. Don't worry.....Good Luck....I understand your feeling....
