My daughter is as happy as usual, I just feel that the teachers of UN are less caring.  She can tell me that she has learnt PTH, just a few words.  She liked the LN teachers more, it is a pity that the NET teacher left, she was really a good and caring teacher.

I have several questions about "Think".Can any mommies share with me? Thanks!!!!!!

1. What are the miscellaneous fees for "Think"? e.g. School bag, stationery, textbook, snacks.......
2. I searched from the net that for whole-day nursery, the tuition fee is $5,900 (Sept to June). How about July and August? Will there be summer holidays?
3. What is the general routine for whole day nursery? Will there be a sleeping session?
4. For half-day a.m. session, when will the school let pupils in THE EARLIEST? (I only know the school hours are 9am-12noon)

Which branch and grade (LN/UN/LK/UK) are you talking about?

In MeiFoo branch, the half-day AM students can go into school after 8:45am.  For whole day students, they can go into school after 8:30am.

There'll be summer holidays in each year which from mid-Jul to end-Aug  (LN starts in early-Aug).

Overall my son is happy with the school , but he still did not get used to the foreign teacher.:cry: It is a pity that the NET left, she is very nice , she taught my son for 2 months before.

我個女兒就讀緊國際班的，so far她都幾喜歡間學校，同學及老師。但她個class teacher就好似比較cold了一點，去問她一些問題她會你問一樣，她答你一樣，好似問答比賽似的.......家長同她講野，她都會答的，不過就係照坐了係度，抬頭望你一望就一邊講一邊做自己野的....

anyway，我個女都幾喜歡個先生，有時很視乎個先生本人當教小朋友係一份工還是真心喜歡跟小朋友相處的。當一份工唔緊要，最緊要盡本份。

間學校都okay的。:)

係上全日班先有PTH學嗎﹖我囡囡都係全日班﹐上午國際班﹐下午雙語班(其實三語﹐中﹐英﹐PTH) - 麗港城分校。我仲以為所有雙語班都會加插PTH﹐依稀記得這是新 policy。

接觸中外老師都好好﹐詳細有耐性同我地講囡囡係學校情況﹐係街見到會打招呼﹐老師主任都記得學生名同家中情況﹐撞見會問屋企妹妹點呀﹖ 偶爾會有一D老師必較cool﹐但未接觸過唔代表老師唔好﹐人地唔係做sales,冇可能唔識你都E起棚牙黎笑。參加學校活動時我見到有一﹐兩個老師比較新﹐經驗淺﹐但唔係囡囡老師﹐亦冇多留意。

Kln Tong branch is different from other branches.  It charges $5900 x 10 months for full day school.  It starts school at 8:30am, earlier than other branches, and ends at 3:15 pm, which is same as that of Think primary school.

It has more PTH than other branches.  Suggest you call them directly to check for other details.

我都想俾仔仔快些可以學普通話,有時我給他聽國語歌,他都懂唱每首歌(不知真正要他學時又如何)
咁又係,我見其實d老師都好忙,有時唔笑都唔代表唔nice,因為一同佢地傾計都講到仔仔在校的詳細情況,我就係好欣賞這校的老師咁做~

咁我個女又冇換老師wor﹐ 之前Ducks既老師﹐就係而家Bunnies既老師﹐同成班同學仔一齊升班。可能只係讀左一年﹐未有太多變化。

My son has been studying in Think MeiFoo since Jan05.  He's now in K1 and so far this school is good as well as the teachers.

Do you have any special preference/requirement on kindergarten?  What kind of info you want to know?

You can go to visit the school in person and see if you like this school.

Hi lflam,

My daughter studied in Mei Foo since May 2003 and she is with Bunnies (am) and UNB (pm) [whole day class] which I feel is very good to her.  She is very happy everyday when go to school and after school.  One day... she talk mandrain suddendly and I feel very impressed.

It is a pity that Miss Sandra left the school and she is a very good NET.  

You can call them and play a visit to the kinder to check if you feel okay to the school.

雖然我個小朋友仲未係THINK(MEI FOO BRANCH)返N1，不過佢係果度返緊playgroup，所以好多時我都會見到下午班的小朋友上課的情形。
佢地的老師好好，有愛心，好記性!佢地真係有一套辦法教的小朋友。Miss Sandra試過一次代課我個囝果班playgroup，當日我個囝好開心!小朋友唔會騙人，佢覺得果個人nice，佢就會跟佢!
