其實我見我屋企個台灣人寫字好多時都真係唔同我地香港, 阿台灣人寫字同電腦出入無幾, 但我自己寫好多字就同電腦都有差別;

頭先睇個恬字, 原來個樹心邊係點左兩點至再中間一棟, 真係完全唔知, 即係我平時完全錯曬~點解可以錯左幾十年?

特別而家係冬天~
琴日去湊小小蘇放學(突然間瞓起都係唔好響public場所響真名), 帶佢去深水po學piano, 嘩, 多野到我傻, 我自己個袋+小小蘇書包+琴書書包+小小蘇件羽絨+飯壺; 小小蘇仲叫我一路行一路餵佢食飯, 因為佢已經肚餓到c左............最on居係我真係一路行一路餵佢, 我都有承受唔住壓力而屈服既時候

Hihi,
As far as I remember, no need to write and/or dictate the sentences. However, students will learn to read all the sentences, that is, they are expected to recognise those words. Students will be asked to fill in the blanks of those sentences. For example, the Chinese sentence: I love playing on the swing. The students need to fill in the blank of 'the swing' and write these Chinese words.
Same as the English star book, no need to dictate the full sentences, just the vocab to fill in the blank will be okay. My memory isn't that good.... ay... but ok gah, your children will be able to handle. The teachers will whip/encourage them to achieve high scores so that the students will study hard.

Dear all, just copied from a parent of 'my class' fyi

"The students were called according to class no. while Ms. Lee asked them some questions in English (they needed to answer back in English as well).  They're also asked to recite an English rhyme at the end of the "examination""

This is confirmed as an Eng oral Exam.

整咩今朝咁靜局架呢?

想問吓妳地妳地小朋友上星期五有無帶2張顏色紙返黎? 亞囝話係摺花, cyber真係無從入手. 最後將2張colour paper 整咩一舊, 再用支飲管撐起佢就算. 妳地整左咩呢?

另外, 星期六同亞囝溫書, 叫佢填配詞, x車, 佢填左一個汽車, 叫佢諗多個, 佢諗黎諗去都諗唔到, 最後填左個子字落去, 變成’子車’, 我問佢咩叫子車, 無呢個配詞, 點知佢又發揮佢包拗頸精神, 死都話有, 佢話佢架校車就係子車
– 紫車.
之後, 再考佢部首字, 比個口佢, 叫佢填. 佢唔識, 最後我話應該填十, 口係入面, 變成田/回, 佢又話我錯, 因為呢2個字係要寫晒入面, 最後要close the door, 我唔可以寫左個口先, 再填入面, 呢2個都唔係部首字, 仲話我寫錯晒d筆畫. 諗諗吓, 佢又好似啱wor, 我都比佢攪到一頭霧水.

出咁遠學野都唔係我既STYLE, 不過鋼琴老師要其去幾次, 所以就下佢囉~by the way, 我越0黎越覺得呢個老師好, 可以為佢犧牲一下~

邊行邊餵飯都唔係第一次, 又樣衰, 又俾街坊話:"洗唔洗咁呀"
佢個肚好準時, 又要學咁多野, 真係無計;
呢排天氣凍, 細佬可能肚空空就冷, 冷就喊, 差唔多兩三個鐘就食一餐, 夜晚, 半夜都係, 成晚無覺好瞓~呢兩隻野, 真係攪惦佢地個肚都唔係易事

Yes, what LA saw from the other post is true. I clarified with my P1 daughter over the weekend. She said yes. Don't worry la, even my passive shy daughter could handle, eveyone could handle. She said that she knew those rhymes recitation at the assessment time.

wakakaka. I like the: 佢話佢架校車就係子車– 紫車.
About you 再考佢部首字, 比個口佢, 叫佢填, your son is right ah. Teachers do not usually ask them to 填十, 口係入面, 變成田/回. You should write a small 口 on the left and expect them to write the 'shout' word in Chinese. Your son is correct about pointing out the wrong question that you have asked. heehee.
