Yes, my daughter attended first round interview but failed.  This is her second trial.

我相信有第三輪面試, 並不出奇, 不過可能只剩五個學位, 每班加多一個位咪得囉! 如果沒有, 何來「精誠所至, 金石為開」呢?

第三輪面試係唔係比果D報左第二ROUND又冇去IN的人呀?因為在另一個EC TOPIC有人話收到EC CALL叫佢去IN因為佢報左2ND ROUND但唔得閒冇去

Hi goodkids,

Yes.  Thank you for your advice.  We have submitted the letter together with the application form.

But we still haven't received any news from EC.  It seems that my son has already been failed because there will be phone notice before for those successful candidates.

I am now preparing the 3rd letter to Principal Lo.  But when I knew EC to invite those applicants joined the 1st interview but gave up the 2nd time, I feel very disappointed.  Because it is not a matter of sincerity, it seems they want to find those kids meeting their standard or requirement.  And apparently, we, including parents do not meet.

Anyway, I believe God will help us to find a suitable school for my son.

Don't be despair. As far as I experience, EC is not a school which select kids with good academic records. And more important, they love kids.

Principal of a school normally will have some special quota on his own discretion for considering kids with special situation that is other than the normal queue.

Moreover, out of so many kids, no one can guarantee your kid's application will be spotted out. Hence, just try your best with things that are within your ability.

God knows whether the school is suitable to your family and will give the best to you.
