Hi everybody!

I am a new comer. My baby is in 2F. I am looking forward to join the coming up functions.

Does anyone know how many tests/papers are there in K2? Last year was 4 in K1. But this year the first paper result released in Dec, I guess there may not be 4 in K2. May be 3? When will we have the first term school report?

Friends told me that the result in K2 is very important for P1 application. Is it true? Does anyone know the content of K2 report? i.e fields for grading
What is a good and what is a fair result?

Does anyone know the admission result (first round)of K3 this year?

i am so sorry that i cannot arrange any funtion during christmas because my bun bun has three weeks holidays for going back home. (she want to kill me    )

dear all moms, u know, now i am so headache due to choosing a kindergarten for my little son. He just got offer in Kentville and Keenmind and failed in SC.

but i don't much understand about keenmind, its teachers answered me that they teach in creative way, lot of activities and funtions, provide phonics class... ie all i want. anyone could give me some suggestion . thanks.

on the other hand, up to now, the school is still teaching small letters a-z . do u think its english standard is a little bit lower than other school? or the school has its own method and it will speed up so soon afterward ???

Keenmind is also a good kindergarten.  But I have a friend which her son is studying Keenmind nursery class and plan to study in Kentville or SC in K1.  I think the main reason is the reputation Kentville and SC is better than Keenmind, it doesn't mean Keenmind is not good.  Now, most of the kindergartens are very competitive, such as Tak Sun in TST, Pui Ching in Homantin etc.

英文程度唔使擔心, 我唔知道你班主任有否同你講, 但我女班主任在開學時有同我吔家長講, 如果英文基礎手勢做得唔好, 就好容易串錯字, 所以他們很着重"筆順", 以減低日後串字出錯的機會, 所為"學無前後, 達者為先"
另外, 在我未選擇根德園之前, 我朋友比我睇禮賢會的畢業典禮, 是由學生在台上表演及做司儀, 個個都好叻, 無論英文及中文都表演得好好, 但不少朋友都建議我選擇根德園, 後期才知道他不着重親子活動及個人表演, 所以都有少少失望, 唯有我們攪多啲活動, 比他們有多啲表演機會, Yvonne 你還好, 因你有兩個小朋友, 我們得一個小朋友, 沒有小朋友同佢玩啊! 所以希望你攪多啲活動

都唔使少少失望的,因據我所知,KV每年都有攪少許活動給
學生上台表演機會的(e.g. 會挑選K.2學生表演給K.3畢業同學仔看的)只不過他們是給老師/校長/學生自己睇(close),
並沒有通知家長,日後可問仔仔囡囡有沒有表演過就知o架啦!
