a. P.1 不可以借禮堂內的圖書. 她們只可以在早上未上堂前及lunch後去禮堂睇圖書.

b. P.1 也可以午飯後去新翼的圖書館看及借館內藏書.  早會前只可以還書, 不可以借書.

c. 沒有規定逢星期幾那一班不可借書.

d. 圖書館借書只需scan barcode on the library card.  P.2 可在禮堂內借書, 但要留下借書証, 待還書時取回.

我在e-class 內發現campus有Library一項.  進入後可以查詢亞女在校內借過的item. 所以家長可以不用記下她們借過那些書/CD.

Hi Amy, I went there to check, but no borrowing record in my girl's profile (she borrowed one book from the lib last Thu and returned today). Is the system record updated frequently?

I don't know.  I just found this function yesterday.

The default value of the borrowing history enquiry is from Oct 1 - present.  May be you edit the "start" period to : Sept 1, 2006 and check to current and see if the record is there.  I tried this and found that my girl borrowed 2 books in Sept.  However, the one she borrowed today is not listed.  I think that is because it is not from the central library, so the record is not update.  I will check later to verify if it is listed.

BTW, I did not see any day limitation from the notice.  Only there is a limitation for visiting the library during recess time. Please refer to appendix 3 for the time table.

Do our girls need to do Chinese Text BK p.41?  There is no mention in her handbook today (only up to item 6) but she is not sure if she has to complete it.  Thanks.

Hi Amy, tried changing the start date to 01Sep, but still no record found.

If other P1C mums can find your girls' borrowing records through Intranet, please do let me know.

Hi hc_angels, yes, we drive Joyce to school every morning now.   However, she is still taking school bus back home, so Hayley shall see her everyday after school wor.

(希望冇記錯，如有錯漏請更正 ）  

另外,經過上星期五派飯所觀察,大部份小朋友只能完成1/2飯盒.如果是麵包餐,大部份小朋友都完成因份量比較小.

How shall we prepare our girls for the quiz?  Please advise.

What are they going to quiz?  For me, I just asked my girl questions about the topic, and spell some of the words.  As long as she understands the topics (mostly is the grammar), then she should able to handle the quiz.  

For example, if the quiz is about : this is / these are.  Then you just need to make sure that your girl understand when to use this is and when to use these are.  Most important is remind them to use the capital letter on names & beginning of sentence.
