I will not attend the meeting on Sat night.

I suggest each family to be responsible for one game.

No need to deposit to my account. It is fine for me to pay first. I suggest to order some snacks 外賣 since the play time is after lunch. We don't need to prepare the food. For the drink, we can buy from the supermarket. I guess it takes an hour for us to have oue tea. The rest 2 hours we can play games in the function room. After that we can play at the other facilities. OR we can reserve 1:00pm to 3:00pm so that we can have lunch together at the function room. Hey, guys want Turkey?? It is about HK$400/one. Need to order few days ahead.   

I would like to clarify the nearnest MTR station is NOT 長沙灣. It is Lai Chi Kok.

My husband is very busy recently so we have not discuss in details about how to arrange the X'mas holiday.  I did mention to him about this party and seems he is interested to join it.  It is very likely that we will join the party.  If yes, it will be 2 A + 2 C.
