Agreed with Steve that a warm bath (not shower) would help.  Your son needs a way to release the heat of his body.

Thomas and poorparent, he still get on and off fever with no other symptom. Probably is Flu then. Thanks for your kindly advice.

Poorparent, are you a medical professional.?  Otherwise, I don't think a father can know so detail in caring of children . haha

If the fever persists, the doctor should do further tests to see if there is any infection.  Fever should not persist for more than a 3-4 days.
