My son is being accepted by Kentville for 05 K1, you mentioned that as compared with your daughter, you son is 定好多，just want to know is you son very active before go to Kentville, my son is very active, just still considering whether Kentville can help him to be 定 d, same as you, 哩樣就係我想要o既。

我個仔係讀k1之前都唔係坐唔定個種，不過我就係亞女度知道，學校對小朋友個性都幾緊要。亞女k1時係讀方方樂趣o既，o個時佢都好定，不過方方就太早寫字，亞女o個時係細女(12月尾出世)，根本係寫唔到，o個時一做功課我就想死，佢辛苦時我又辛苦。後來同佢轉左另一間活動式教學o既學校，佢就好開心，不過搵小學時就因為唔係出名o既學校，再加上佢又唔係標青o既，所以被取錄o既機會就較弱。
因為亞女o既學校係好鼓勵佢地以孩子為中心，所以佢地比較「活」，但係我o黎講，就過份「活」，「活」到我唔係好控制到。
所以同亞女相比，亞仔咪定d囉。
不過亞仔係坐校巴o既，佢未讀k1之前，我已經聽人地講，坐校巴係唔可以傾計，因為係老師跟車，所以比較嚴。當我知kentville 收佢，我就係註冊時登記埋校巴，我都有問亞仔，係校巴有無人傾計，佢話「唔得o架！」
舊年我都好似你咁，唔知邊間好，後來有位媽咪話左句：「小朋友就好似張白紙，你俾咩佢，佢就會似咩，如果你開始時俾佢習慣左傳統o既學校，佢將來上傳統小學校無咁辛苦。」所以最後我決定左揀kentville。
暫時o黎講，我對kentville 係非常滿意，唔知咁樣幫唔幫到你呢。

If a child can listen carefully and willing to follow instructions, and not always running around, then he/she will be okay in Kentville. (That's my personal perception only.)

No need to bother with those bad comments la.
If something is good, it is good. No need to hard sell.

My only worry is that if the staff of Kentville did read those bad comments, they may be unhappy. That's why I want to say:

Really thanks for your sharing, I quite agree with the mami said :小朋友就好似張白紙，你俾咩佢，佢就會似咩，如果你開始時俾佢習慣左傳統o既學校，佢將來上傳統小學校無咁辛苦。  That's what I pro Kentville more at this stage.  I just hope my son can like your son that 定d, he's always running around in home or outside, however, in school, he's totoally different that will not move either unless the teacher hold his hand and walk.  In home, don't say, climb here, climb there.

SC also accept my son am class, your sharing do give me confidence that Kentville is good enough for us & kid.

My opinion is that go into Kentville is more difficult than SC which I think is more commercial.  I just thank may be can change later if Kentville really not suitable for my kid.

Anyway, thanks for all Kentville mami sharing and advise.  Sorry always disturb you.

Dear all K1 Kentville mothers,

I agree with DicDic that entering Kentville is more difficult than SC.  I can tell from the no. of students in K1 : SC - 8xx ; Kentville - 5xx.  

Although Kentville is regarded as a traditional (+activity), I've consulted some experience teachers engaging in early childhood education, that the child can participate in some activities to balance the deficiency.  Such activities can be multiple-intellegence program, drawing, etc. so that the child still have some sort of creativity at the end.  Do you agree with that?

我問過亞仔，佢話老師教 i 字，所以 i for ice-cream cone.
另外，佢無話要買禮物for christmas party喎，佢只係話校巴司機叔叔話如果佢地乖，就會買禮物俾佢地，但係我覺得可信性都幾低囉。
