I didn't ask very details for this "oral exam"...maybe it is really the revision only.
For the song "Ring-a ring of rosie", Ms Chan taught them to read the lyrics and they will learn to sing this song after CNY.

Thanks for the info.  Did Ms. Chan tell you about these?  Does "oral exam" means revision only?  I remember that last time they'd revision in class b4 the actual assessment.

Actually Calix learnt this song already from DVD.  Yet, he said he can't sing it in class but only read the lyrics or Ms. Chan will be unhappy.

Calix told me this morning suddenly that they had done the "revision paper" yesterday.  He said they'll do it also today.
I'd asked the K3 girls at the school bus stop today whether they've started doing assessment or not.  They replied NO and said the teachers won't tell them when to have assessment.  They have revisions daily at home.  That's very good!

O.. I talked to them when I took my girl to school.
In my opinion, I think if you have any enquiry, Ms Chan is able to answer all the question.

yesterday cassidy ask me to bring her a rose to school... she said it just like the rose from beauty and the beast.. and she told me one for ms chan and one for ms lam... she told me only paco bring the rose back school... though i didnt buy her one .. dun think it's needed... maybe she just learnt the ring a ring a roses song

Oh yeah, that's why on Tuesday, Calix said Ms. Chan asked if they've ever seen rose b4.  He said no...then I told him I'll show him what is rose next time in the florist.  Then he suddenly said he wanted to buy roses for Ms. Chan & Ms. Lam.  I just thought he's so cute to have such suggestion but I didn't treat it seriously.  Just found out from Cassidy's mom that it was true.  

Calix always mentioned "headmistress" this week but Nicholas' mom said KV's headmistress is in Kent Road's campus.  Don't know if the headmistress had gone to their classroom this week.

Also, I was a bit worried if Calix is fast enough to  complete the assessment or not .  Yesterday he said Ms. Chan asked him need not to finish "flower"...he said he couldn't finish the paper on time...

Calix loves singing a lot and he always asks me to take videos for him.  I'd watched 2 videos of Cassidy in your facebook too.  Cassidy is really mature while Calix still looks like a baby...

Calix got one set of Chinese costume...will let him wear if it still fits.

Alton told me they did a paper last week that headmistress asked the questions thru the speaker in the classroom.  He can only remember one question "Which animal has
扁嘴 ?".  Then they circle the correct answer on the paper.  Alton said he circled a Duck.  Not sure they were doing the exam paper or a game.

Alton is so smart to tell u in such details!  Calix just told me that the beak of the duck is flat but I don't know what did he mean when he said so.

They'd played outside too as the weather is warmer.

The topic of Alton is Transportation.

Alton said they did Chinese paper today.  There are chinese words of chicken, duck, etc on the paper and they circle the right one.
