經過家中長輩check過，Cyrus之前果幾粒真係水痘，好彩之前打左針，如果唔係今次就冇得去旅行。由於返o黎之後Cyrus開始左summer course，所以d相仲未執，哈哈，因為今次影左千幾張相呀！講開手信，今次行程好tight，冇時間shopping, 只係係機場買左小小野食。講講下，仲有大半個月就返學啦！有一日阿仔無端端話好掛住曾老師、黃老師，仲話叫我帶佢返學校tim。

Ellie, 你真係要多d休息呀，幾時開始放maternity leave呀！

Wow, you took so many pictures!  I can understand the amount of time you need to take to tidy them

Tks and I'm starting to feel very tired in the afternoon already.  I'll start maternity leave on 1 Sept.  If I'm fine, I'll bring Andrew to school on 3 Sept, since no school bus is availble on that day

我囝囝05年6月出世, 想幫他報這學校20年的k1, 這學校好嗎?, 好在哪一方面?

家住tks, 會唔會好遠呢?

我們沒有宗教背景, 囝囝仲未好識講野, 會唔會好難考到?  幾時要開始報名同埋通常幾月會面試? 因細囡預產期在12月頭, 正在擔心父母不能一同去面試會影響結果呢....

這學校小學派位好嗎...特別是男女校...那到妹妹時就不用煩了...

請你們這班家長提供多些資料給我吧...

Hey! I bumped into Cyrus and his dad on Sat. Cyrus seems taller again. Eugene is so happy to see Cyrus and keep telling his dad that he saw his good friend. Your husband said Cyrus went to the "Little Bee" which is similar to the boys scout. What is that? and what time for it ? as I want to put Eugene for boy scout, I know one in St Paul Church but time is 0900- 1100 hrs on Sat. which he cannot make it as he needs to go to Tom Lee Music at 11:00 am.

Ellie, how are you? have you gain a lot of weigh? Did your little nephew in LA get the chicken pox?

I'm fine, actually I just gained around 24lbs since I need to control my sugar intake to avoid diabetes.  So far, the Dr. said that I controlled it well.

My nephew did catch chicken pox, and his condition is more serious than Andrew, as you said he has already lost the immune from his mother, and is still too young to develop his own immune system.  Anyway, his chicken pox dried out already and is recovering.

Ellie, you really control very well, only 24 lbs, has Andrew come back, you must have missed him a lot.  It's really bad to hear the chicken pox has spread to Andrew's nephew.

I also want to know more about "little bee" since I don't think SKH has joined that... Cyrus, how can we join? Is it good?

My maid has just decided to resign... after 6 months, Horace still doesn't like her... she told me she doesn't think she's fit for the job lah!! Poor me... have to look for a new maid again!!

唔好意思，因為屋企有事所以成個星期冇上BK。其實Happy Bee係女童軍總會攪的最幼童軍組織，係for4-6歲的小朋友，雖然Cyrus未夠四歲但係佢地覺得唔係差好多都會收。我知道有d幼稚園自己都有攪Happy Bee架，不過我地SKH冇。我幫Cyrus join左上環YMCA果隊，因為算係最近屋企啦！據我所知大部份的Happy Bee集隊時間都係每個月首三個星期六的上晝。每季只係俾HK$200。其實活動每次都唔同，佢地有主題架。其實類似playgroup咁。我見Cyrus玩左一次好開心，仲即刻問我幾次再有得去，所以我就即刻幫佢join左。如果你地想join可以打去女童軍總會問下屋企附近邊度有得參加架，希望幫到你地！

Hi Horace mama, Eugene & Andrew is in K2B also taught by Ms Wong & Ms Liu. I am so happy that Ms Wong can be the teacher of Eugene as Ms Wong knows how to deal with Eugene after the whole semester of K1.

It seems there are a lot of homework for K2, they even issued a memo so as to remind the parents, therefore we can tell how heavy it is. I am a bit worry as  Eugene cannot hold the pencil very well.

Have you hired another maid ? I hope you can find a good maid soon.

BTW Ellie has given birth already. Congratulations to Ellie.

I still haven't found the right maid... mine said she will stay until I find a new one... hopefully will get a good one who can cope with naughty Horace soon!! What about you?  Yours ok?

Baby born on 29 Aug, on the 37th week of pregnancy, a bit early.  Luckily he's OK so far (touch wood).  Yesterday is the 12th day, and I can manage the schedule of the baby already.

Andrew is very excited on the 1st day of school.  I just hope that he can manage his homework this year!

Horace_mama, I hope that you can find a good maid soon

Dear SKH K2 parents,

My apology to interrupt your conversation. I have an important question for you.

My son goes to K1 pm class this year, and I have problems with his English teacher. I don't want to comment on her accent, but her grammar does bother me a lot.

The first day at school, she said to the children, "I have a lot of story and I have a lot of game." All plurals without the 's'. That is very simple English and I find such grammatical mistake not acceptable.

What do you all think of the English teachers at SKH? I was actually expecting them to be native speakers. At the briefing, the principal told us that this teacher graduated from Australia and is with SKH for two years. Has any one of your child taught by her? Do you find the same problem as I do? Grateful if you could share your experience with me.

Although the teacher is not a native,  my son likes her a lot... and so do all the other students... she must have her way... all the children like her like an idol and are very happy in the English lesson.  I think the most important thing is for them to enjoy English!

My son does like his English teacher. He mentions her name many times today. He enjoys his kindy life very much. I think that's what counts.

bbone, Yes, am and pm class english teachers are different.  My son is in pm class and his english teacher is Miss Mandy.

Being a working mum, I don't have the chance to talk with Andrew after class last year.  I really treasure the time now.  It's also lucky that I can have time to develop his habit in doing homework .

When you have the chance to attend their class later in the year, you will find that all children do enjoy their English class a lot and will actively participate in it.  Don't worry too much
