Hi,我都唔知“小明小明小小明”首歌係咪剛剛教，因為囡囡在未入學之時，已經識得唱，不過佢擒晚都有唱，我諗可能係學校教掛！等我今晚問下囡囡先得！
囡囡剛剛病完，昨天才返學，但要持續帶口罩，因為驚再傳染。請問那本關於冬天的新課本是否昨天才開始學呢？
囝囝測驗成績如何呀？妳會否去kentville christmas party？

yes there still have some students wearing masks in class.  hope anson will be fine.

yes that is a new book given to them yesterday.  last friday, we got a lot of stuff home - homework (color the dinosaur and connect the dotted lines), syllabus, test papers, a "reuse, xxx and recycle" book, and some handcrafts.  

he got all full marks!  haha!!  yes i will join the party but up to this moment, still not yet confirmed the date, time and venue.  i will also enroll the kentville phonic class at twinkle tots.  whats about u?

至於個christmas party,好似都仲未落實喎！由於今個聖誕節可能要留係香港度過，所以可以參加party啦！咁！唔知學校又有無聖誕party呢？會幾時？

Yes, Ying Ying surname is "Chang".  Auman is sitting next to her now ? She is all right now but she kept sick almost every week for last two months.  I really hope that she can REALLY recover this time! It is pity that I could not always share the news with you and ansonma.  But I like to take a look in this topic and see whether any news from school which my daughter doesn't tell me.  Thank you for your warm regards!

What do you think the child's character who suit for Kentville?
My daughter is not an active girl, and rather shy, but she's quite ok to listen and follow instructions. I'm afraiding will she be more passive and 'intrinsic'?

ying ying knows me because i make the ugly face to the students in apple group.  haha just play with them!  

for your information, kentville puts a big santa clause and deer in the playground.  and they also post the photos of each student onto their birth month under the blackboard.  its cute!

各位，
請問最近有無留意突然有好多開於Kentville的批評？令我有點confused，因為佢地將根德園同SC比較，話根德園英文唔夠好，課程深，功課壓力大，學校又好嚴....又有D家長話原本讀根德園，後來轉去SC讀，又話根德園學生今年升小一麻麻，好似有太多唔係太好既意見，究竟係真唔係呀？      各位根德園家長,妳地點睇呀？真係好想開個“讀根德園好處多蘿蘿既TOPIC”，因為囡囡讀左幾個月，都好開心,老師教得好有心機，課程唔深(對囡囡而言)，直到現在，我都無後悔放棄SC唔讀，妳地呢？

我都聽好多朋友講根德園功課多，唔好比囡囡咁辛苦，而小朋友唔知咩叫辛苦，佢哋世界係要好玩及開心，如果老師無愛心及無耐性，我相信囡囡一定唔肯返學。
事實上九龍塘名氣第一係sc，第二kentville，但我無後悔，相反老師根德好過國際好多，係我主要選的最大因素，老師唔好有名氣都無用啦!

Be honest,  I have no regret about sending my son to Kentville instead of SC. Based on what I've experienced in these three months, I really DON'T think that Kentville is "very traditional, very tough, lots of homework, many pressure....etc." My son learns a lot, his english pronunciation obviously improved, and the most important thing is he goes to school happily everyday.  
About SC, I admit that they are a good kinder too!
Some parents love SC because SC has native english teachers & they also believe most famous primary schools like the students from SC. I've an auntie who used to teach in SC for many years (now resigned), she told me in before, Kentville is more "famous" than SC, but SC is very good at selecting students. My auntie said they like to admit children whose parents were graduated from some "famous" schools. By that, they can ensure SC students will get a higher chance to be accepted by famous schools (like their parents).

其實我地又唔需要作比較的, 我想除左有人夾人之外, 亦有學校夾人, 總之我地依家的小朋友個個返學都開開心心, 學得好, 又有乖到, 就得啦!

其實最初kentville 收我個仔時我都好擔心, 因這間係傳說中的tough 學校.

當他上學約個多兩個月左右, 我就覺得這間學校真的不錯.  小朋友返得開心, 老師又細心, 而且他們有一個教學模式.  而我就越來越放心.

約一個月前, 我跟我小朋友到一些興趣班, 當中有幾個kentville k1學生, 好明顯 kentville 的小朋友較有耐性.

又於不久前我過上一個K2 的媽咪, 她說她的女兒好像迷上做家課, 常常要求媽媽給她功課做.  唔知遲d 我o地 d 小朋友會唔會對功課這樣著迷呢?

各位,
我都無後悔放棄SC，而同亞仔揀KENTVILLE，因為佢真係返學返得好開心。最重要o既係，我個大女唔係讀 KENTVILLE，佢同亞仔比，亞仔就定好多，而哩樣就係我想要o既。
至於英文方面，我返而無特別要求，只要佢唔係o係standard 以下就得啦，我唔係好高要求咋。
可能因為我個仔已係小一升學時有保障(如果政府政策無變)，所以佢讀邊間幼稚園都無問題，對我同佢來講就無壓力。
其他媽咪擔心o既可能就係私校會收SC多還是KENTVILLE 多。其實都好睇小朋友面試時表現，學校o既名氣都只係一個附助咋，當然有就好過無，所以揀左KENTVILLE 都唔錯o架。因為我

其實我絕對唔同意SC名氣第一，Kentville 第二.我覺得它們平起平坐,各有所長. 我會consider SC 是半所國際學校,而Kentville 就是老牌全統學校. 將來報小一我地絕對唔會輸蝕.
我好有信心將來係Kentville 畢業的學生,個個都會好Smart.
比信心自已,同信心我地自已小朋友. 大家一齊努力
