It is a clear folder with my princess's name, STRN need to be filled in(Student Registration Number), her height and weight. In addition, a passport photo is required.  My girl is in 1B and it was distributed during today's PE lession. This should be the reason, don't worry!

Put the money in an envelop and stated your girl's name, class # and the number of tickets you want to purchase.  Remember to seal the envelop and let her girl hand it to her class teacher.
