My daughter told mee that sister has come to her classroom and presented the report cards to some her classmates personally and some of them even have received a gift from Ms Cheng. is that true? Is it a recognition? How many girls  are there? Is it a traditional practice? Can someone enlighten me? Many thanks!

I also heard this from my daughter that sister Lucia Leung had presented the report cards to those girls with outstanding performance on individual subject in the class. However, I don't know Ms Cheng also gave gift to some girls. May be this is the tradition of GH to reward the outperformed pupils.

I want to double check the areas covered in the coming Chinese assessment:
(1) 課室Ex5, 7, 15
(2) 上冊課文34, 35 & 3X??
(3) 下冊課文1-4
Can anyone let me know if they are correct?

One more thing...my gal has told me that Ms Cheng has asked them to write a letter and post it...do anyone know what it is about?

This is G.S. project exercise and they need to post a letter to her mom or dad. After received the letter and then bring back to the school next week.

Can anyone help to update the homework of English and Chinese for today (2 Mar 2011). It drives me to crazy since my daughter used to miss copying the homework into her student handbook recently.
