This week Ms. Chan told them a lot about food.  Calix said if he eats more meat, he will grow up faster and will have a great muscle like daddy (he bent his arm then to show us his "little mouse").
He also said if he eats fish, he'll have twinkling eyes.

More, he said he needs to finish all the rice or the farmer will be unhappy.  I asked him why and he said it's because the farmer wakes up early for planting.

Very funny conversation, right?

By the way, today Joyce told me that Ms. Chan had asked them do not bring the grape to school as snack cos Annabelle made her uniform dirty when she was eating the grape.

Agreed that Cassidy's birthday party will be a good chance for 1H's kids to play together!  Look forward to seeing other moms/kids not talking here too.

Btw, how's your plant now?  Calix's has got over 20 leaves already but the flower still hasn't yet come out.  I'd printed some pictures for Calix to share with the teachers & classmates today.

Calix was very happy to receive the gift from Helen.  This time he said it was given out by Ms. Chan.

I'm relieved when I see the holiday homework...just line tracing...Calix loves to do tracing a lot and both of us can have a peaceful holiday then (no need to urge him to do the colouring except the weekly assignment of corn, haha...)!

Hi Vianca's Mom,

It's good that you can join the breakfast gathering.  Now, there're Cassidy's Mom, Alton's Mom, you & I.  Last time, we bumped into Nicholas, Annabelle & Kathleen's moms at Delifrance.

Yes, let's meet at the classroom.  We should arrive b4 8:45am.  Last time, Ms. Chan let us stay in the classroom until 9:00am for taking photos.
