Teachers also have their difficulties.  From my 15 days lunchmama experience, some boys do not go to toilet when the teacher tell the whole class to, and abuse the necessity to go to toilet to go out the classroom for his own freedom in inappropriate time.  When one boy asks for out, half the class may also asks for out.  You may imagine if the class can still go on if the teacher let them go out in class time.  As a result, the teacher have to ask the boy to keep it until recess time if he is not really necessary to go to toilet.  To solve the problem, we also have to tell our sons to treasure the chance to go to washroom before class and during recess in order not to induce interruption too.

For the toilet issue, I did heard about it in the past from my elder son in P.3 and P.4. The teacher explained that the boys were very naughty. A few of them grouped together and requested to go to the toilet. They played water inside the toilet. As a result, the teacher did not allow them to go the toilet during the class. Can only go to toilet between classes. On the one hand, teacher does not want them to affect the teaching pace. On the other hand, does not want them to miss anything that might be taught in class. Certainly, teachers should have the judgement whether it is really necessary for the children to go to the toilet especially for P.1 students.

Dear all,

I am not upset anymore as the teacher is very sincere and I trust that she is a good teacher. The actual problem is that 1E classroom is the farest from the toilet and so minor arrangement will be discussed and adjusted between each lessons to ensure the kids have the chance to go to the toilet.
