Hello Pegasus parents,

I want to say hi to all Pegasus Parents.  I have viewed this discussion title for 4 months and including all the old messages, made me felt extremely impressed with all the discussions.

Gongoma, Jackie, Tommy, Aimee, you all are my guiding lights at some point to enforce my courage to put my girl at Pegasus.  

Finally, finally, my girl had her uniform ordered, group graded test completed on last saturday.  And I am so proud to tell people my girl is going to start her primary life at Pegasus and showing up to be one of the team-mates in this discussion topic.  I am hoping we can exchange more information in up coming years.

For now, I have a quick question that we forget to ask at school, but have to revert before jun 22.  We are given a slip to ask us to choose one of three intelligence that is going to be studied in P1.  But I want to find out the exact content so that I can explain to my girl and let her choose.
1/  Visual intelligence, will teacher teaches drawing and painting at class??
2/  Music intelligence, does it mean music class?  Or include some other stuff?
3/  Body movement intelligence, does it mean sports class??  Gymnastic etc.
If any of the parents any idea, please advise.

小兒也是04-05年的準小一生,我也有出席上星期六的講座,現我嘗試解答妳的問題。

If I'm not wrong, we don't have to choose the 必修項目,因為那三項智能之下的潛能訓練是"必修"的, which are:體操、合唱和動物造型。

What we have to do is to prioritize the "選修項目". Out of the 13 items, just ask your daughter which one she likes most, second, third ....etc. and put down number 1-13.

I guess drawing, ark work and the use of colour will be teached in the "Art" class. Music theory and introduction of different musical instruments will be teached in the "Music" class.
All kind of sports will be played in the "E" lesson.

臻美是小班制, 現在P1大約24人一班(4班).  今年收的05-06的小一得3班,約90人. 幼稚園約30人可直升, 若全數入臻美小學, 只餘60學位左右.難入與否,見人見智! 因有些名校要幾十人至百多人考一個位, 臻美只是十個左右考一個, 但學位都可算不多....

親子運動我同gongon都有參加, 小胖的gon少跑第8(尾 ) + 我都只是第4, 不過參加罷了, 有無賞都無所謂....

小女今天帶回幾件昨天帶返學校跟同學分享"沙琪瑪"(運動會的獎品)；問她為什麼不分埋佢，她說我們也有份的。    不知是她自己想到，還是老師提醒她呢！

你很利害,  還記得我.  

當天我沒有出席(真可惜!), 因為校方通知的時間比較急,  我工作程序早已按排好, 未能及時更改.

但我小兒就玩得很開心, 雖然他們沒有勝出(只得第四), 但亦很享受今次的運動會. 希望校方舉辦多些集體比賽.

雖然我沒有去睇比賽,  你提出的很好, 可帶出給下次舉辦時加在議程中來處理.

但我又我覺得第一次辦聯校運動會,  首要全體師生及家長能享受到運動日的觀樂感及投入感.  校方亦算舉辦得成功.

運動會去唔少, 咁自由的就末見過!
學生同家長、學生同老師、學生同學生四處走上走落，跑呀！玩呀！食呀！不知幾開心同自在！至於dirty就見到好多細仔細女唔小心，但見唔到垃圾虫.... 人多的活動垃圾一定有，只要係無人故意做無公德的已OK啦！ 係咪？

1) 想問上學期有一講座-講有關閱讀,記得那義工家長是高小的,而且小朋友初小學習是有困難。她好像經常四處去其他學校與家長分享如何教小朋友讀書。現因德望家長會去想找人講

校方第一次舉辦運動會，在沒有經驗下，有些甩漏在所難免。

正如梁校長所講，教育是[人]的工作，看到師生混合賽中，師生關係非常密切，大大小小的很投入，去享受比賽的參與及合作，並沒有太過斤斤計較勝負，感到很欣賞。

您看到有些小朋友比較悶，進食時弄污糟地方，這些不少家長以至校方都忽略之地方。正如Beenofong所說，下年再舉辦時，校方便可以考慮所帶出來的問題，懂得如何去改善。

九月果劑好似搞掂左囉喎，一打貼紙相丫嘛，我收左好耐囉喎。未搞掂果單應該係「電子化學童學生証」的照片，當時臻美仲係弱勢學校，成日比人蝦，講好晒條件都比人飛起，跟住又話一月影，最後好似話要延遲到下一個學年咁喎。今個月尾影果單應該係第三單，係影結業相同出年用的貼紙相，我估無錯掛。

開放日入場券我上星期已經收到囉喎，而且仲有求必應，我要廿幾張佢都比到我。

今天我亦收到入場劵，一如Tommy 一樣，我索取十張都有齊。相信由於分發需時，所以班別之間有早有遲。

今次臻美聯校開放日，是半公開性質，主要讓我們的家長瞭解子女們在學校的學習倩況及展示學生專題研習作品，當天的活動還包括競技遊戲、學生綜藝表演、書展、展覽、賣物會及講座，故此並沒有任何宣傳。

據悉亦歡迎非臻美家長向校方索取入場券；但是校方明白由於剩番冇幾多日，因此當天到場而沒有入場券的家長會視作訪客，衹要填寫有關資料後便可以參觀，希望家長不用舟車勞頓的前去索取入場券。。

我老公都有打回學校問過,如果無入場票都無問題的,絕對歡迎walk in家長,除非當日太多人!所以我雖然只有4張飛,相信帶多2位親戚去都可以的!
