I do the below for 流感:
1) Daily chinese soup
2) if got little sick, take vitamin C.
3) see chinese dr  
4) Do not take western medicine
5) Use some western herbal medicine( e.g. homeopathic pills /  herbal drops)
6) Eat Kiwi daily, 1 kiwi 's vitamin C = 4 oranges.

各位,

我早幾個月已換了那隻舊款"樂聲牌"電飯煲.係就係麻煩的有飯焦,但安全至上,因為逢內膽用不黏底塗層都可能有問題.永安有售約$500元左右.

我有先施vip咭, 所以收到佢哋寄嚟0既廣告.  不過我自己都好少去先施. 我睇份廣告上面寫就話要有vip咭先有優惠.
我因為當日係永安冇買到lagostina, 所以唔知我見到成$1600蚊嗰隻係唔係而家先施減價嗰隻SIZE(24CM), 不過如果同一SIZE, 先施而家$1688有埋隻18CM湯煲, 如果湯煲合用的話, 都應該幾抵.  不過最好先去睇睇實物, 因為就咁講??CM, 都唔知合唔合心水.
可以問問ST, 佢買嗰隻係唔係24CM.

我同你一樣,mug針都比仔仔打,要打的打晒,連人地唔打個的都打埋.甚麼水豆針,流感針仲年年打,你話自已底唔底打丫.

查實我無mug心得可言,st好似在行的.我祗是在可行的情況下盡量唔比小朋友食抗生素甚至西藥.近幾個月帶仔仔去睇"同類療法"Homeopathy. 了解多左覺行得呢套療法是有說服力及有一定功效.類似中醫那套"固本培元"加強抗體.

等我研究下,又問下Dr.Yuen再同太家分享預防流感大法.

the lagostina pan that I am using is 30cm "double ear" pan.

24cm pam is a bit small la.

I tried to find out the loop where we discussed this Eye Q before and failed.  It's some kind like fish oil but contect proportion is different: EPA vs DHA is 4:1.  You may look into their web to get details:

Haymom,

According to the Centre for Disease Control (USA), the recommended group age group of children for flu vaccine is 6months to 23 months.

So I will not be giving my son flu vaccine.  If he did not have this condition, I will have given the vaccine though.

據報小朋友兩歲前會需要多d DHA，但之後會需要EPA及DHA，如果唔夠DHA，身體可以將EPA轉做DHA，但就唔可以調轉。你可以睇下d資料:

some addition information..

The 6 to 23 months are considered to be the high risk group if infected by influenza virus.  Nevertheless, if one wishes to be protected against influenza, he may consider vaccination.
