Wa, believe or not, there are more than 80s upstairs cafe just in Mongkok..  , will check which one provide food as well as allow the kids.

我check 左pm, click 過去睇d link, 但我怕 d 樓上cafe 唔會招呼我哋, 因為佢哋d decoration 係好靚, 有d 又有cats, 有d 又有自己d 心愛野... 如果我哋d 小朋友整破, 咁未 C 火...  

我驚 d Cafe 知我哋咁多小朋友 (under 4), 未必接我哋生意啊?  因為呢d 好似係比d 青年人去多啊!

No worry, my carrie is the Banker (胆拖) of crying kids and as u told me before kids also have emotion ma   , he will be alright soon.
Mind u, my carrie still cries when she goes to yips

hi, i found this one is okay, and because there are a lot of toys... and the lady said we can order the foods at about $ 80 per head. see below website and we can see the menu.
she can offer the cafe for US ONLY,. FROM 1:00 TO 7:00..
please review and confirm if okay, we need to book earlier.
it is located in Mongkok, near Garden street.
